I was trying to book an appointment at your prestigious hospital for my sister. But due to some error the amount Rs. 650/- was deducted but appointment was not give, . Error Message: Transaction declined came. On contacting Vijaya Bank and Citruspay both have confirmed that the transaction was successful at their end. Please refer the trailing mail from Vijaya Bank and Citruspay confirming that the transaction was successful at their end and has been transferred to beneficiary account. Please make arrangements for refund of the amount immediately. Its been more than a month now.
