On 6th Feb 2017, i tried to book an online appointment for my Son Oliver Solomon Boggarapu with Doctor Sumita Danda (Genetic Medicine). However, due to some error the amount Rs. 550/- was deducted from my bank account but appointment was not given.
I received an error message in the CMC Portal however, the amount is deducted from my account.
I tried to pay the amount thrice (Rs. 550/- each) but all the transactions got failed.
Later, i logged out from the site and tried to book the appointment and it was successful.
Would you please help me in getting the refund of the said amount for which appointment was not done. Please find the transaction details which got failed.
