I ordered the product but its not the same product which i have ordered ther is no return option in the website order no:OID119726.i have ordered a nike black colour track pant and socks but they have delivered some other brand track pant and other colour

I have order a lower with 3 pairs of socks(Combo) of Rs. 599 + 100 (Delivery charges).

if you are providing such a duplicate n local material you will not serve in e-commerce because you guys are breaking our trust.

I ordered jacket of black color worth ₹1299 of XL size bt they sent me the jacket which was of small size and light brown color which is totally diffeeent from the jacket i ordered ...and talking about quality i must say this chupchaplelo is at 0/10...the worst jacket i got...its of not my size its of small size what i will do with that jacket..AND when i mailed chupchaplelo.com for return of product ...chupchaplelo.com replied that...' I've purchased one combo of memory card and Power Bank. But worst thing about these products are
1. None of product were sealed pack. They just boxed up and delivered.
2. Power bank is in non working condition

I am complaining them about this from very long but they are not ready to return product even though it wasn't in non working condition. Even I asked to give me their policies saying that consumer should accept non-working product. Yet they are just replying very common answer. I am following up them around 20 to 30 days but its not worth it.

My product was delivered by delhivery today. As the mobile handset I ordered from ecommerce website chupchaaplelo was to support whatsapp but the same is not happening. I am not able to create my whatsapp account( its showing some error message as read or write file error). Moreover the down navigation key is not working. Kindly arrange a replacement or return my money back.

I ordered a mi powerbank on[protected] and got delivered on[protected] vide ordered no oid111362-r, invoice no.Jwh[protected].

The product delivered is not in good condition i.E., some damage is done. The parts of power bank are loose inside getting noise.

I didnot get the user manual

so, please refund my amount back or send other good product as soon as possible

On 12 th Jan2016 I bought a jacket from chupchaplelo for ₹1299.
Jacket delivered to me on 19th jan 2016.
When I received the item I found that it was not as described. You described the item wrab-full-sleeve-solid-mens-leather-jacket . As there has been a issue that i have received small size despite i have selected accordingly to my size XL and quality of the jacket is worst and smelling like plastic I am entitled to a refund of the sum I paid to you.
But didnt get any response from company despite of getting contacted by us many times .
This is a fraud company i called their customer care support many 100 times but got the same response user is busy . Kindly take the strict action on this and provide the customers money back .

I had ordered a jacket from Chupchaplelo.com for 1199/- INR. The jacket sent to me is not a leather and is made up of some cheap quality material.
This website is purely a fraud and they are selling fake items. Someone needs to take an urgent action against it.
