    I placed an order (OID82315) which is a Nokia 105 phone. After opening the pack i found that its not getting on, and thus I want to return it. But they are not returning this .

      Recently i bought a product from chupchaplelo. i bought jacket worth rs. 1199, which is some low quality jacket available on footpath of kolkata. plus the jacket i ordered was narrow dark brown jacket, and this is some old tradition 1980"s jacket. out of fashion. plus there is an odour coming out from it as if this is a used jacket which has been polished. this is the worst site and when i am trying to contact chupchaplelo...they are making false excuses. please help. and refund my money back. my order number OID100373.
      after receiving product i made complain for refund, they said there wont be refund. as product might be different. what nonsense. did i paid for you nonsense product.
