I have purchased brown color jacket last week from Chupchaplelo. When the product is delivered to me the quality of product is very poor.

It doesn't look that what i have seen in the website. But, when i requested for return this product then i am receiving the mail that they are not ready to return this product.

Customer team are saying its a branded product but from nowhere it looks branded even i have attached the screenshot of the product.

They are really big fraud company and request you whoever see this message please dont ever buy any product from them.

Be Alert !!! They are selling these brown and black jacket @1099 but they not worth for Rs200.

I ordered a Orange color shoe on 9th of January. I got black color shoe as in my delivery and its design is totally different. I mailed and called to the company lots of time but they never agree to refund my money Rs .1500. I have full detail of the product along with the memo. these are given below as:-

I have purchased a shoe from Chupchaplelo.com and after recieving them i found that the size is improper and not fits to me.
I have requested for replacement or return but there is no response from the site and even there phone number is fake.
Phone is either on waiting or switched off.

Please let me know how i will get a refund.

I ordered a leather jacker online it showed dark brown, I received totally diffrent colour.. Size is not proper and also material is not good leather stinks i want my money back or give me a proper sized and good material or else i should go to consumer court...

Sir, I Placed an order from chupchaplelo.com (order ID OID 138329), Invoice- JWH[protected], SHIPMENT-JWH[protected], on 24/01/2016. The product was a pair of shoes. I received the order on 2/01/2016 but wrong pair of shoes were delivered to me. I received this item, and found totally different as the photos for is SPRING BLADES SHOES FOR MEN'S .

I am totally disappointed with this item.

I baught a Leather Jacket online from this website But I have seen the product images that quality is too much good but they sent me very cheep quality jacket thas is worth rate 300 only and they have taken 1199 Rupees by me
and they have shown me 2 colours of jacket on the website Black and Brown

RETURN REASON: this is not that product those i ordered.

That jacket i have seen online and choose
&purchase.but on my address dileverd diffrent jacket design and colour which is not like me.So i want return this jacket as soon as plz send a guy and return it soon plz.

Hello I am vipin upreti.I buy a xaiomi mi 10400mah power bank from chupchaplelo.com.it is not working properly.i thing it is not a 10400mah power bank because it was not able to recharge my 1430mah phone battery. My order id is OID123853.
