Hello, My self Irshad Sheikh i bought an item from chupchaplelo website which name is men's full sleeves leather jackets – Size- L and order id OID67894, My product is not according to good quality and i want to refund, how many times i contact chupchaplelo team and call but they are not respond me so kindly please help me about this topic.

I want to return a product because the product you sent is completely different from what I ordered.I Sent a return request and they replied that they will contact me within 24-72 hours.its been over a week now and they have still not contacted me, , also there contact number is always busy and no one picks it up.

I have ordered the mobile on chupchaplelo on dec242015.i have received the product on 04/01/2016. when i opened the box and tried to charge the mobile mobile is not charging. then i sent mail to customer care saying that i want to return the since it is faulty. they replied saying that send the image of the product. from the image of the product they are saying that image is not damage, company will take return product only when physically damaged they wont take return if the product is not working. please find the mail thread below.
