I have ordered the mobile on chupchaplelo on dec242015.i have received the product on 04/01/2016. when i opened the box and tried to charge the mobile mobile is not charging. then i sent mail to customer care saying that i want to return the since it is faulty. they replied saying that send the image of the product. from the image of the product they are saying that image is not damage, company will take return product only when physically damaged they wont take return if the product is not working.
