[Resolved] Cinepolis India — account debited but ticket not booked

I tried to book avengers infinity war tickets for cinepolis lake mall kolkata.. Fr28/04/18, 9:55am show.. Seat no. J20..
. Amount of rs.250/- was debited from my bank account via visa debit card... No tickets were sent to me on the email id or mobile number i mentioned. App shows that i don't have any tickets booked!
Please resolve this quickly and let me know if any additional details are required...
