[Resolved] Cinepolis India — amt deducted twice | |||
I was trying to book one movie ticket from cinepolis mobile with hdfc card App but amount got debited and ticket not booked. It showed Me some error occurred. Very bad experience with cinepolis and your organisation is Not even providing a confirmation or complaint number. I again booked the same tickets using icici card and it got successfully done. Cinepolis has also not provided any customer care number to which i can call and check the status of the transaction. I have also made a complaint in their site contact us feedback section. They have also not sent any confirmation mail regarding that they are looking into the issue.
