Yesterday i went to funcinemas Kota to watch movie IP71 With my friwnds i asked thecounter person for 3 ticket costing 140 each which will total cost me 420 but we asked me 450 more that is total 870 for Food combos which i don't want and when i asked him to remove that that combo he started behaving rudely . And when i asked to call the manger he said its not my duty to call manage go and to your own. Like this customer satishfaction is it co.pulsary to buy combo as i m a student i don't that much money that i canbuy co.bos with ticket i like to watch movie.

I had visited Cinepolis in Airia Mall, Sector 68 Gurgaon on 14May evening and had ordered snacks from the Food stall around 6:00pm in the evening.

Rahul from the Snacks counter had taken my order but was unable to provide the paper bill/invoice at that time due to system issues. I had advised him to send the bill to my seat along with the food.

When the food arrived at my seat, I still didn't see a bill and I went back to remind the staff for the invoice. It had been more than an hour and no invoice yet. After reminding Rahul, he assured he will send the bill to my seat and as I had expected, no-one came to handover the invoice.

After the movie was over, I went back to the follow up and asked for the Site Manager for complaint. Rajeev (Site Manager) approached me and asked me - What's the problem ?.. After I explained the situation to him, he casually said I will get you a bill and printed a new bill at 9:04pm. When I wanted to complaint about the repeated lies Rahul had said and the bad service, he challenged me to go ahead and complaint to the higher management instead of apologizing for the mistake on their part.

Rajeev was very rude infront of the other customers and his careless attitude reflected that he does not care about customer service.

I am very dissatisfied by my experience with Cinepolis and I expect a compensation for this harassments faced by me, for no good reason.

I would never recommend my friends and family to visit Cinepolis, rather visit professional and reputed companies like PVR and INOX who put their customers first.

I have attached the note for my order given to me around 6pm and the secondary bill printed by Rajeev at 9:04pm.

Hope this help Cinepolis to improve their customer service standards in future.

Dear sir
Government o[censored]ttar Pradesh has announced Tax free on movie The Kerala Story. They are charging full tax from customers.
It was declared tax free on movie by state Govt o[censored]ttarpradesh for Uttar Pradesh state.
This is non complying and autocracy and not obeying the govt.notification. It is to be taken for the interest of public and charge heavy panelty to the management of Cinepolice.

I've been to the Cinepolis Bhubaneswar branch a ton of times and SO MANY of your screens are so DIRTY. It affects the movie watching experience so much, Its extremely Distracting.

Please please Ensure the screens are either cleaned or replaced. The least a customer expects after paying all that money for a movie is for the theatre to have a clean and clear screen,

Please ensure this is done IMMEDIATELY.

I have lost my bracelet on 3rd May, 2023 at cinepolis, Visakhapatnam. Kindly assist.

Watched movie in Cinepolis, Nexus Shanthiniketan. Half of the speakers were off and they turned off AC in between the movie. Such a bad picture quality and we have to pay around 400 per person for such a bad service.

We watched ponniyin selvan movie in Cinepolis Nexus Shanthiniketan, Bangalore. Half of the speakers were off, bad picture quality and they turned off AC in between. Moreover they increase the charges on holiday. A ticket costs around 430 per person. This is what they provide for paying this much for a ticket.

I'm here at esplanade mall gurgaon basai chowk, 2 guys here are smoking cigarettes during the show. Your security system are wrost i ever seen

Is there a cctv or night vision or other cameras inside the cinema hall without telling us...

Recently I had an issue where I had to deal with the management in saying that a small kid was allowed in for a 18+ horror movie and all they had to say was that I was lying about it. They couldn’t understand English nor could they reply back in English. I don’t understand how a company can hire people who aren’t even able to converse in basic English.

I have come to Cinepolis at Nexus Esplanade Mall, Bhubaneswar to watch Suzume.

Firstly, the movie's quality is very bad, it seems like it is downloaded from somewhere. It was stopped in between for interval very unprofessionally.

Secondly, after the interval, as the movie resumed, it wasn't continued from where it stopped. Instead, it was continued from a little earlier. After 5 minutes, ads were rolled again disrupting the movie experience.

The movie is an Animation hence not receiving high quality viewing experience was very disappointing. And then, the ads thing made it worse. I would have been better if I would download the movie and watch it at home.

Please issue a refund!

We have asked for nachos and popcorn they have given the stuff but haven't given invoice when we had asked for invoice the person at counter started arguing ki covid onwards we don't give bill and when he have asked for his name they told complaint karne se hamara kuch nahi hoga

Last night on 8 April i went to watch a night movie show (the movie name was The Pope's Exorcist) at cinepolis kolkata, Acropolis mall (Rajdanga main road). I faced tremendous misbehaviour from the staffs there. My movie was on Auditorium 3 at 11.00 pm. At the entrance the security misbehaved with me claiming that the movie was an adult movie, judging on my appearance whereas I'm an adult. Again I faced the same behavior at the entrance of the auditorium where he confronted me of my age again claiming that it's an adult movie. I showed him my pan card. Such behavior is tremendously unaccepted. I am a women and this behavior is highly unaccepted. I want an strict action on this

I was watching Bholaa 3D in a Dolby Atmos show ...date:09/04/23... Cinepolis Fun republic screen 1 ...10.15 am show... While I was enjoying the show i suddenly realised the sound volume and the quality was not the same as of the privious shows I've watched in Atmos and of the same movie as well ... After the show when we talked to the staff, at first they mentioned that the sound was not tweaked and then they admitted that the previous show audiences said the sound is too loud...so they lowered it but those audience were not in my show and only me and my friends and a few people were there only in my show ...so my entire experience was ruined bcz i specifically opted Atmos and the reason behind is that this movie is powered by Dolby Atmos and the music director specially made this for Dolby Atmos and here i was getting very poor sound ...low soundtrack and very high dialogues and the whole movie experience was ruined...please respond immediately and if possible we want some refund or another screening without the tweeeked sound and as the way as it is supposed to be experienced

Would you please help me finding my TITAN watch with BROWN straps which was probably left in the seats around I1, I2 of AUDI 3 in CINEPOLIS ESPLANADE. It was 05:05 PM IST show of GUMRAAH, on Friday 07 April 2023.
