I had a very bad experience with Cinepolis BSR Chennai. I watched the VIDUTHALAI 7th april 06:55pm show at CP BSR Chennai. The important seen was trimmed. After I finished the move, I asked Mr. Imran Kahne Duty manager, who was on the night regarding this he what is given explanation i was shocked, he ask me to talk Consern producer and distributor regarding this, did you hire them to give answers like this? and VIDUTHALAI team thay are not give any circulation officially for particular seen was going to trimmed, i never expect this kind of explanation from CP, I'm not had this kind of explanation any other corporates cenimas he never given explanation for that till my conversation, this is how corporates are behave. I'm very disappointed and such a roud behavior entire team.

    I tried booking 2 tickets for movie Dashara for v3s mall laxmi nagar, 2 times. First with credit card second time with UPI. Both time payment got deducted but ticket not booked. I want my refund as soon as possible.

      Money deducted but didn't receive ticket.

      I booked 2 tickets through the Cinepolis app, my money was deducted but didn't receive my ticket through SMS or mail nor its showing in the booking history of the app. Please help ASAP....

      Sir we 3 family members went to watch movie at Cinepolis Nexus Amritsar to watch movie nigah marde aaye ve at 15 05 pm. Online ticket price in the morning was shown RS 170 per ticket but at the cash counter cash clerk demanded rs 210 per ticket price which is very very sad. I pledge now not to watch any movie at Cinepolis Nexus in future.

        Ticket checker male worker and Executive Piyush at Cinepolis Janak Cinema, Janakpuri are purely unprofessional, misbehaving element who pick and choose while checking fir movie ticket. People without movie ticket are entering the Screen for watching movie but they allow them and when asked why you are allowing they simply say by mistake it happens but asked for ticket for my little son and even misbehaving is this way to deal with your customers.

            Night vision cameras

            Heard that cinepolis malkajgiri have night vision/cctv cameras installed in the theater.

            If it is true, then why customers are not informed about it while booking tickets....

                Had gone for a movie at Cinepolis Season’s Mall Pune. During the interval, ordered a large salted popcorn and samosa. The total order amount was ₹430 and they did not provide a bill for it. A notice was provided that if the bill is not given, they’ll give the order for free. When i asked them for the free order, they denied it saying their machine was broken. They then took my seat number and told me that if they do not give the bill until the show ended, they will give it for free. They didnt give me the bill. After the show ended, i went to the counter and they started making excuses and did not provide me with the refund. Only 10 minutes after that did they provide me with the bill. The notice put up was very clear that if the bill wasnt given the order would be free.

                  As I went to buy tickets for my movie on 3rd March 2023 10:05 am Pathaan ( CINEPOLIS AASHIMA BHOPAL ), the respective individual asked us to buy the snacks which were compulsory which seems to be unpleasant. As I didn't intend to create a scene so i paid and bought the tickets plus snacks but I didn't feel it was fair enough with any moviegoers.
                  I hope you will look into this matter thoroughly and kindly reply with a reason why did it happen.

                    I tried booking tickets from cinepolis website on 2nd feb 2023, they debited the amount and it's been over 3 weeks i haven't received the refund.
                    Initially they emailed me saying that the refund has been initiated and will be received to me within 7 days and and it's 1st march 2023 now and i haven't received any response from them about it neither the amount

                        Today at show of 4:25, me and my friend got Cinepolis Bhopal to watch
                        Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania in 3d Hindi and the person who was in ticket counter was saying that to get ticket you need to buy there food
                        if you not buy then they will cancel your ticket and per ticket you need to buy food we were 2 people so we need to buy 2 food item

                          I booked the ticket for tamil movie Vaathi at Cinepolis Esplanade bhubaneswar, odisha. Date i booked is 17th February 2023, show timming -3 pm. No. Of tickets booked 1.
                          My ticket no. Is Executive E 4.
                          It clearly mentioned that Tamil movie Vaathi is available with english subtitles, but after booking the ticket i found there is no subtitles.
                          I need some serious action to be taken against the company.

                              I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the sudden change in movie ticket prices. I recently purchased a movie ticket for 300 Rs, only to find out that the price has now been reduced to 220rs I feel that this change in pricing is unfair and unjust to customers who have already paid a higher amount. Consequently, I purchased a ticket for 300 rupees that is now only worth 220 rupees, costing me more money.

                              It is frustrating to know that I have paid more than I should have for a ticket that is now being sold at a lower price. I had no idea that the price would drop so significantly in such a short period of time, and it feels like I have been taken advantage of as a customer.

                              I understand that prices may fluctuate depending on various factors, but it is unacceptable to change them so drastically in such a short period of time. This is especially true for loyal customers who have supported the movie theatre and purchased tickets at the higher price.

                              I hope that you can understand my frustration and take appropriate action to rectify the situation.
