There are a lot of ads in Cinepolis power one mall Vijayawada theatre. Atleast 5 mins of ads with usual ticket price. Could you please help us with these

    Hi, guys yesterday, i went to see Doctor strange in coimbatore Cinepolis (Fun Cinemas).

    I've ordered 2 coke while booking the ticket itself, when I went to buy the coke, i got coke with no cooling and they've added ice cubes to it, we said we don't want any cubes, but they refused to take it as there was no cooling. So, we said ok fine we'll take it, but the cup was so damaged and they couldn't even give a proper cup, later they said, we'll deliver the drink to our seat itself, and they came after few mins.
    The taste was like ice water and couldn't feel any coke taste, don't know what they gave us. We're paying 240 to get these kind of craps, such a waste of money very poor management, they'll now sustain long delivering like these.

      I have been going to Cinepolis Janak new delhi from last 2 to 3 years but first time a employee shows bad behaviour towards us while booking a ticket for us I have just a question why redeem points system is not working she said paid the amount the cash I asked why she didn't tell me
      Her name is maani thapa
      She doesn't even know how to talk to customer
      First time I see this kind of behaviour in Cinepolis
      When i asked who is the manager
      She said she is the manager

      So now the days Cinepolis hire this type of people for customer dealing wow

      Very disappointed

      Please do something about this

        After making payment through app for Doctore Strange 07/05/2022 English 3D show seat number K16, 17, 18, 19 Ludhiana MBD Mall. A message came after the payment gateway that Your Order #1336191 is awaited. We haven't received any confirmation and the tickets we booked are still available for booking on the app

            Respected Sir

            I had booked three movie tickets for KGF Chapter 2 for Sunday, Apr 24 (10:20 pm show) at Cinepolis World Trade Park, Jaipur using Cinepolis Website.
            On the same evening i.e. April 24th, I received a call from the Cinepolis Movie informing me that the show I was scheduled with was canceled due to Power Cut at the mall (World Trade Park). Also, that person told me that a refund will be initiated and the amount will credit in 3-4 working days.
            Now, As far as no amount being refunded.

            I checked that on the same evening when the person from Cinepolis called I got a msg for cancellation and amount refund of Rs. 885 but now I am not able to find that msg also, I guess it's the auto-destructive message that was sent through system.

            And the main part is if this is a scam then HOW THE HELL SOME OTHER PERSON GOT MY CELLPHONE DETAILS. MAJOR BREACH OF PUBLIC SECURITY.

            I request you pls look into the matter.

              I tried to book 2 tickets for Dr. Strange on 01/05/2022 using Cinepolis App. The movie date was 06/05/2022. Amount deducted was Rs. 550. The payment was done using Phonepe app.

              Please refund my money.

                Movie Ticket Cancellation

                Tried to book 4 tickets from The Cinepolis website and after making the payment the page just refreshed. What the hell is this Cinepolis India? Please resolve this issue. My Payment Is deducted and my experience is worst.

                    Cinepolis just fooled people. They charged too much for popcorn and food but they serve you wrost quality . Their cheese popcorn are tasteless with mild sweetness this make me so disappointed that i have paid so much for this and got nothing bad experience with you guys please improve your quality

                        17th April 2022 KGF Show of 11:50 am in Cinepolis Lake Mall, Kolkata, West Bengal, Audi 2... I, Dr. Stija Sanyal, have booked three tickets with transaction ID WCMAT4J...have been declined by your staff from using the washroom as the show was about to end... I am lodging an official complaint as well will soon moving my case to the Consumer forum association... Being a diabetic patient as well... Didn't expect this kind of attitude... Either you take the responsibility and owe me an apology... Or see the foresaid course of judgement

                          Dear Sir, Madam,

                          This is to bring to your notice about the irregularities faced in the Cinepolis theatre at Bhandup (W), Mumbai.

                          Me and my wife had booked (Booking ID WBHU8WH) show for K.G.F. Chapter 2 in AUDI-3 at Cinepolis Magnet Mall, Bhandup (W) for a 12:30 show. Seat no. was VIP J3 and J4. The recliner functionality of J3 seat was not functioning properly as the seat was damaged and half folded towards the inside. Kindly refer to the attached snaps (not clear as it was dark) for your reference. Due to this, it was very uncomfortable to sit properly and watch the movie. I had bought this to notice of cinepolis attender twice but nobody paid heed and did not bother to repair it or change the seat.

                          Further during interval as well as towards the end, it was completely dark as no lights were switched on. Due to this it was pretty dark to move out for refreshments and wash room.

                          All these factors were a complete turn off and spoiled watching a wonderful movies with our hard earned money. I request the concerned authorities to look into this matter and compensate for the price of tickets for the inconvenience caused to us.

                          Failing to respond to my concern within 2 days, I will be compelled to escalate to higher authorities and take appropriate legal action.

                                  We are from Vijayawada in site also i am selecting Vijayawada, but once enter the site it will automatically change the city name to Pune it's your website issue i request you to please cancel the tickets & refund my money as soon as possible

                                      Night vision camera

                                      Hi
                                      I've noticed two blinking devices in the theatre(patna) and I doubt those are night vision cameras. If that's the case why don't you inform the customers or at least keep a notice that you are under surveillance.
                                      Please inform about that blinking device in case those are not night vision cameras....
