This is to bring to your notice about the irregularities faced in the Cinepolis theatre at Bhandup (W), Mumbai.
Me and my wife had booked (Booking ID WBHU8WH) show for K.G.F. Chapter 2 in AUDI-3 at Cinepolis Magnet Mall, Bhandup (W) for a 12:30 show. Seat no. was VIP J3 and J4. The recliner functionality of J3 seat was not functioning properly as the seat was damaged and half folded towards the inside. Kindly refer to the attached snaps (not clear as it was dark) for your reference. Due to this, it was very uncomfortable to sit properly and watch the movie. I had bought this to notice of cinepolis attender twice but nobody paid heed and did not bother to repair it or change the seat.
Further during interval as well as towards the end, it was completely dark as no lights were switched on. Due to this it was pretty dark to move out for refreshments and wash room.
All these factors were a complete turn off and spoiled watching a wonderful movies with our hard earned money. I request the concerned authorities to look into this matter and compensate for the price of tickets for the inconvenience caused to us.
Failing to respond to my concern within 2 days, I will be compelled to escalate to higher authorities and take appropriate legal action.
