Due to unavailability of subtitles in English movies in Cinepolis patna we cannot completely enjoy the movie in its original language especially marvel studios movies. Making subtitles available will make our experience memorable in Cinepolis

    I am regular movie watcher at cinepolis India. My current location is Surat, Gujarat. I just want to tell you like may times I noticed that the screens are not clear, anyone can clearly see dust on screen and that cause the cinematic experience as a problem.

    I kindly request you take further action on that. Maintenance of screens should be maintained timely.

      I had booked 3 tickets for RRR(3d) at Cinepolis, Celebration Mall, Amritsar.
      Data - 31 march 8:47pm
      Payment - Rs. 570 via Phonepe UPI
      person in charge while booking tickets said the booking got cancelled and i will get the refund, and had to book the tickets again. But till now no refund has been processed, but the money is deducted.

        Issue :- i made payment for tickets on online portal of cinepolis. payment is done but booking confirmation yet not received.

        I booked two tickets from Cinepolis website. details of tickets and cinema hall as follows
        Movie :- RRR 3D Hindi
        Date and time :- 01/04/2022, time 7:35 pm, place VR mall Nagpur.
        Seat No. H6 and H7
        Transaction details :- Rs. 670/- by Google pay. UPI Transaction ID :[protected] Date 31/03/2022.

        Consumer or toll free number not available to solve problem quickly.

            I booked 4 tickets for kashmir files show on 27th march 2022 in advance for the show on 28th. My money amt rs1180 was deducted from my paytm account, but no confirmation or ticket could be availed.

            Request to look into this matter and resolve this issue and return back my money!!

              Hi, this is Aniket. I recently went to watch Jhund movie with my family at Cinepolis VR Mall, Nagpur. Since, Summer has started it's very humid and hot in Nagpur. So, I insisted on starting AC and Ducting of Auditorium but no actions were taken. I request you to please take the needful action as it's very bad that they are treating customers like this.

                Payment done but tickets are not booked

                Hello sir, I booked 3 tickets online through cinepolis website for the sunday show to watch "Kashmir files", the transaction of Rs. 885/- has successfully been done but there's no any response from cinepolis site. It is very disappointing that I'm neither able to contact you directly nor are you getting back.
                The payment had been done but my tickets have not been booked.
                I am trying to reach out to you guys through mail/phone...

                I hv bought 4 ticket of RRR from conter with mobile nmbr [protected] and asked to reedem point but he didnot n said point will be added insted so i said ok ..but till now i hvnt received my points my booking id was. .. T[protected] with mobile numbr [protected]

                  I booked 4 tickets via Cinepolis app at Cinepolis WTP Jaipur seat no. J1, J2, J3, J4, payment has been deducted but I was not able to see any tickets or any tickets details were not sent on my contact no.
                  I have submitted a complaint on their app but have not received any complaint no.
                  The amount is 1480 rupees.
                  Attaching the transaction id along with this.
                  I am not able to see anything on their app.

                          Today, i.e on 22nd March 2022, I tried to book 2 tickets for the movie RRR which is releasing on 25th March and for the 7:15 AM show through "Cinepolis India" APP. I paid money through "PhonePay" and later the page was showing some error and didn't receive my tickets and I paid "856 Rs" which was not returned. I Request you to find the solution and return my money back ASAP!!
                          This is not the first time I faced this situation and hope you understand and solve this issue.

                            Today, i.e on 22nd March 2022, I thought to book 2 tickets for the movie RRR which is releasing on 25th March and for the 7:15 AM show through "Cinepolis India" APP.                               Hello sir, On[protected], I booked 2 tickets online through cinepolis website for the next day show, the transaction of Rs. 410/- has successfully been done but there's no any response from cinepolis site, no issuance of ticket no sms no call nothing !! on the other hand their land line number (cinepolis-HUBLI) also not working, its two days now, no refund as well
