    Was watching Kashmir files on Sunday 13th Mar 2022. Me and my friend came out for a snack during interval, due to electricity the popcorn machine was not working, somehow we took 2 medium size cheese popcorn and 2 medium size sprite. I swiped my card and left hurriedly as the movie had already resumed, not aware what was the price of the things I bought. I received an SMS from my credit card to my astonishment it was ₹1420/- Lol 😂 it was double the movie tickets we bought. This is seriously hilarious. Companies are ripping off customers for cheap popcorns and soda. Seriously never buying anything inside Cinepolis ever again!!! Have already informed all my friends and family. Cinepolis is a ripoff!!! Best thing is to eat before you enter Cinepolis so that u don't have to be hungry during the movie and eat after the movie.

      It’s 4:05 show, but the show hasn’t started yet. They have been delaying it deliberately. Even the ads haven’t started. It’s been more than 20 mins since the scheduled time. If you can’t start the shows on time, stop your movie business!

        I had booked two movie tickets for Badhai Do for Sunday, February 27 (1:30pm show) on Friday, February 25 in Cinepolis TDI Jagat Mall, Chandigarh using Bookmyshow.
        On February 26th, I received a call from the mall informing me that the show for which I had booked was not scheduled and there has been a system error. They asked me to book for another movie instead, of which I wasn't willing. I asked them to provide me a full refund of my ticket, which they had agreed upon but I still haven't received it.

        Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
        I have attached the mobile tickets for your consideration.

          I bought two VIP tickets in lake mall, kolkata.
          For bangubai 07:05 show.
          I was minding my own business then suddenly one couple came and sit beside my seat until the interval he was keep disturbing and kicking on my seat and then the girl start giving her blow job and almost had sex inside the cinema.
          The man was fully drunk then thr ordered food and started throwing their food on us then I tell him to be calm, he ignored it then I complained your security, so the security asked me to change my seats. And tell him to be quiet, but I was not comfortable so I had to leave the cinema before the ending time, even right after interval.
          Please do something on this matter.

                Greeting for the day
                I'm priya sharma, a consumer of your cinema service and hospitality.
                This is to bring to your kind notice that yesterday (2 March 2022) I've bought two VIP tickets for gangubai. I had preferred Cinepolis because of its good reputation and popularity among the people. But I regret to find that my seat wasn't working properly for which I've bought that tickets. I wanted to feel a luxury experience but it was an unsatisfactory service.
                I've bought 1 classic combo(colddrink popcorn, hotdog)before lunch and ice cream + one extra hot dog after lunch..
                They have given me choice in popcorn flavour and I've choosed butter popcorn but there wasn't butter in popcorn, then I went to customer service counter so they have told me they don't add extra butter, which I found to be wrong because I'm customer of Cinepolis since long and I know whether they add extra butter or not.
                After break meal they didn't provide us hotdog but started giving excuses and replace it with aaloo patty(you may find my food bill with seat number)

                I've informed the Cinepolis volunteer regarding the seat issue but no action taken by them.
                I shall feel obliged if you kindly refund my charges so my faith in you will be remain same.

                  Since the hall is not completely dark,
                  Is there amd cctv camera installed in the hall amd do you record the audience?

                      I went to Cinepolis mall Lucknow to watch a movie and there was blinking red lights insede the theatres while I was watching the movie . Just wanted to know the reason for installing night vision cameras inside the theatre?...

                        I booked 4 tickets today worth Rs. 720 today on 7 January 2021 by bookmyshow, i was supposed to book it tommorow on 8 January 2021 but i ended up paying the full amount.
                        When i realised my mistake, i wanted to cancel the ticket or Reschedule it, but bookmyshow executive told me there isn't any service for the same even if there was an hour to go before the movie starts.
                        Really disappointed with the service, Cancellation or refund is available in almost every online booking service, i lost the full amount without any refund, i tried contacting Cinepolis Guwahati, Central Mall about the same, but they said they've no say in online booking

                          I bought 4 tickets online for Spiderman: No way Home on bookmyshow on 7 January 2022, which i was suppose to book on 8th Jan
                          Both Bookmyshow & Cinepolis Guwahati, Central Mall denied Cancellation or Rescheduling of my tickets, The Amount was quite large & i feel cheated now.
                          What type of company doesn't give cancellation on prebooked tickets, Even a 50% refund on my tickets would have been good enough.

                            I have booked 2 tickets of movie from cinepolis website but i did not received any confirmation of my confirmed tickets nor did I received tickets through SMS for which I opted, also the amount is being deducted from my account.

                              This is Dr.katariya from Nagpur, iam here at cinepolis in VR mall and your employee named AKSHAY ZADE has been very rude to the customers. Forst he wasn't ready to give us our order which was placed online with our tickets and later he unknowingly snatched our mobile phone which had the e-ticket and started using it. On asking why he did so, he replied" Tera order log karna hai na". Is this the way he us allowed to use our personal mobile phone. This is completely inappropriate and and after consulting him he was cery abusive and irrespectable to us. Not acceptable in thia highly respected theatre.

                                Popcorn price misleading

                                I went to cinepolis cinema today to watch the movie. During interval I went to buy popcorn large and the price on the tv screen above the payment counters was INR 340/-. When I did the payment INR 380/- was deducted. The person on the counter said that INR 380/- is the latest price and on tv screens its an old price. This is very bad and misleading the customer. This is not that I had to pay some extra but wrong information on the TV menu...

                                I have booked 3 tickets on 26th of dec for spider man no way home, V3s mall laxmi nagar, 7.00 pm on 27th dec the tickets were not booked but the amount of 885/- was being deducted from my account through paytm UPI
                                Pls resolve this and make a refund asap!

                                  I booked 5 tickets for 83 for cinepolis V3S mall in New Delhi today for 25 december 9.30 show. The money was deducted from my account but the tickets were not booked. Used the cinepolis website and paytm for payment
