Night vision cameras inside theatres

Address: Lucknow near Shaheed path .

I went to Cinepolis mall Lucknow to watch a movie and there was blinking red lights insede the theatres while I was watching the movie . Just wanted to know the reason for installing night vision cameras inside the theatre?...

My transaction was failed on 23rd December 2021 for Pushpa the rise Hindi L&T Cinepolis Seawoods of 240₹.
As per your company policy the money gets refunde after 7-14 business days, but it has been 20 days my money is stuck with you. Please let me know the status of my refund.

    Address: Cinepolis Guwahati, Central Mall, Gs road.

    I booked 4 tickets today worth Rs. 720 today on 7 January 2021 by bookmyshow, i was supposed to book it tommorow on 8 January 2021 but i ended up paying the full amount.
    When i realised my mistake, i wanted to cancel the ticket or Reschedule it, but bookmyshow executive told me there isn't any service for the same even if there was an hour to go before the movie starts.
    Really disappointed with the service, Cancellation or refund is available in almost every online booking service, i lost the full amount without any refund, i tried contacting Cinepolis Guwahati, Central Mall about the same, but they said they've no say in online booking

      I bought 4 tickets online for Spiderman: No way Home on bookmyshow on 7 January 2022, which i was suppose to book on 8th Jan
      Both Bookmyshow & Cinepolis Guwahati, Central Mall denied Cancellation or Rescheduling of my tickets, The Amount was quite large & i feel cheated now.
      What type of company doesn't give cancellation on prebooked tickets, Even a 50% refund on my tickets would have been good enough.

        I have booked 2 tickets of movie from cinepolis website but i did not received any confirmation of my confirmed tickets nor did I received tickets through SMS for which I opted, also the amount is being deducted from my account.
        Kindly send me the tickets or refund my money as soon as possible. I have attached a screenshot of the same.

          Hello,
          This is Dr.katariya from Nagpur, iam here at cinepolis in VR mall and your employee named AKSHAY ZADE has been very rude to the customers. Forst he wasn't ready to give us our order which was placed online with our tickets and later he unknowingly snatched our mobile phone which had the e-ticket and started using it. On asking why he did so, he replied" Tera order log karna hai na". Is this the way he us allowed to use our personal mobile phone. This is completely inappropriate and and after consulting him he was cery abusive and irrespectable to us. Not acceptable in thia highly respected theatre.

            Popcorn price misleading

            Address: Cinepolis Cinema, Seawood Grand Central Mall

            I went to cinepolis cinema today to watch the movie. During interval I went to buy popcorn large and the price on the tv screen above the payment counters was INR 340/-. When I did the payment INR 380/- was deducted. The person on the counter said that INR 380/- is the latest price and on tv screens its an old price. This is very bad and misleading the customer. This is not that I had to pay some extra but wrong information on the TV menu...

            I have booked 3 tickets on 26th of dec for spider man no way home, V3s mall laxmi nagar, 7.00 pm on 27th dec the tickets were not booked but the amount of 885/- was being deducted from my account through paytm UPI
            Pls resolve this and make a refund asap!

              I booked 5 tickets for 83 for cinepolis V3S mall in New Delhi today for 25 december 9.30 show. The money was deducted from my account but the tickets were not booked. Used the cinepolis website and paytm for payment

                My helmet was stolen from my bike TS08HT6641.

                My Axor helmet which is of 4000rs was stolen by some one when I went to the movie in audi2.

                I went to movie by parking my bike @10.30pm in Cellular and came back @ 2.00 am.

                By the time I came my helmet was pooled from my bike and was stolen, I can clearly say that the stolen person has pulled the helmet so hard to take that as my bike has those signs of hard pull.

                Please help me out.

                    I booked my tickets on cinepollis but they refused to give me the tickets even showing the confirmation email. I was supposed to get and pay for the tickets 45 minutes early. Even though I came an hour early they refused to give me my tickets at the fixed rates.

                          I am Dr. Chaitali Chakraborty and a frequent visitor to INOX in Metropolis, Highland park. Today, I visited the place with my family to watch Bunty and Babli for 4:35 pm show. I went to buy cheese popcorn for my children along with soft drink. To my dismay, the person at the counter asked me to pay cash. Moreover, he overcharged me for the goods I purchased. I bill was forwarded as a message to my phone after a longtime. When I went through the message, I found that he had delivered small containers for the softdrink and billed for large ones.
                          I believed the person because I thought that it is a reputed place but I am totally wrong.
                          I must now ask others known to me being extra careful with this place.
                          I hope you will look into the matter.

                            Today i went to watch movie at Cinepolise, Forum, Shantiniketan, Bangalore. During interval i went to order coffee. The customer service was pathetic. The attendant asked customer order twice, i told them that i will make payment thru UPI for that the excuse they gave was illogical they said they have some technical glitch so only paytm and phonepe will work however Google pay also worked on the scanner.As usual second time in row their coffee machine didn't work. They said they will deliver at the seat.At the time of delivering coffee the person didnt bring sugar, spoon and napkin and was asking me whethet i need them. Then when i told that i will give the feedback then he brought the same. Overall as a customer i feel it is a payhetic customer service.As a customer when u are paying monwy u need the value for the money paid in terms of excellent customer service. I am one of the dissatsfied customer and will not recommend Cinepolise to my friends.

                              Today I visited forum Shantiniketan white field Bengaluru to watch Hindi movie ‘Bunty aur Babli’ 1 PM show.
                              Meanwhile I was booking my seats around 12.20 PM to receptionist lady who booked my tickets, took a rude tone with me. Asking me to be loud when I wasn’t audible. Which seemed like a bullying order than a request. Therefore I request you to hire staff that are more customer friendly and polite as we already pay a lot to watch a quality movie at cinepolis.

                                  I had watched sooryavanshi movie with my husband in cinepolis patna on 06.11.2021. At the time of interval we bought snacks and it cost around rs240 I paid the bill via paytm upi, money got deducted from my account and shown payment successful, but ur executive said that it failed and it will credit in my account after 2 to 3 days so I again paid the bill via paytm upi. More than 3 days have passed but my deducted money didn't credited to my account. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                                    Its about second time in a month they are not giving large cold drink. For combo pack buy they tell large cold drink is finished but at the same time if you buy only cold drink, they give you. If you buy combo at about same price they give you small cold drink. This is fraud. They are cheating people, i was regular costumer of them but now i will never go there.
