I visited with my wife at cinepolis grand venice noida uttar pradesh.
Den i want to purchase two tickets of movie so they told me that this particular tickets are available with combo only which i really dont want to buy they charged me extra amount along with my tickets which no mean to me so when i asked them not to add combo so he rudely denied n says that "sir if you dont want to add combo then sorry seats are not availble so either...

I am complaining about cinepolis vadodara, inorbit mall. From last 3 times the theatre is highly lacking the punctuality about show timings. It starts minimum 20-25 mins late which is very disappointing. It is not expected to be disappointed jn such basic thing. One time we had to inform the management to open the screen, which they totally forgot. Our time is very precious, please respect it....

In weekend i went to watch a movie at cinepolis eta mall bangalore. The pricing of the movie is high on weekend along with that popcorn, coke and other items are too costly as well. Also the popcorn which i got was not hot as well. Need to do something in terms of price point. Common man is not able to afford such a luxury. Please atleast make popcorn price less....

I tried to book tickets through BookmyShow, however, their phone app showed that none of the top-line seats were available. They were commenting on every single action. Dialogue. And your seats were so close that it was literally in my ear.

Couple of times this has happened but today is extremely on high.. The show time is 6:35 pm and its 7:05 now. Still the movie is ongoing inside and everybody is waiting outside to get inside watch the movie. I think cinepolis is very bad maintaining the customers. It's either for the movie, popcorn, 3d equipments or anything else. I'm thinking whether to book the next ticket with cinepolis or no....

Payment done through phone pe and payment is done amount is deducted but on spot not received by your service later on it is paid but i have to pay for same coke through my card also and in this way i paid twice for same eatable (Coke). So please look after it and solve this as fast as you can and refund my amount of 210 as soon as possible. Thank you...

I visited the cinepolis - magarpatta seasons mal, pune and i were surprised to see the board saying outside food and eatables not allowed. Is it still the case?
The staff didn't even allow to carry the chocolate energy bar with us. This is just pathetic, it was sealed and not used. If cinepolis really do care about the quality, the food, and their cleanliness and all why do they even allow the vendors to sell anything in their premises?...

Today i. E., 24.07.2019 i had booked 3 tickets for the movie the lion king 3d (Hindi) at cinepolis website for show on 25th july 2019 at 8:00 p. M.
