The price of ticket was ₹110 for a 8:50 show, and i tried to buy two tickets for ₹220, but the guy on ticket counter kept adding a ₹100 combo with each ticket and said it was mandatory to get the combo. He said the ticket will cost you 220 (110+100) with or without it, even when there was no reference to such compulsions anywhere on bookmyshow. The incident took place in city mall, kota.

I had tried to book a ticket online for 11:30am show at cinepolis, Ahmedabad One Mall And rs.165 was debuted from my bank account but I my ticket did not get confirmed. I need a refund.

    I tried to redeem my cinepolis points on official website as well as on cinepolis app but failed to do so.
    The app is showing that no valid points are there in my account while i have received a msg informing that i have 204 points in my account and cinepolis club is also showing the same
    I tried to find out any customer care number but could not find it.
    No customer support is available.
    Very disappointing thing as i am regular customer of cinepolis.
    Pathetic experience in this context.

      I have received message from cinepolis that i have 232 existing balance to redeem 232 rs. And 100 bonus points to redeem 100 rs. But when i tried book my show is redeeming 6 rs. Please clarify. Your messages are very clear but points are not redeemable 100%, which is wrong in whole. I dont why you send such message when you cannot provide benefit. Resolve this on immediate basis.

        Sir i am shashank jajodia residing in hyderabad i had visited cinepolis sudha talkies in old city lal darwaza. During the start of movie badla in audi 3 4:15 pm show on 10/3/19 i ordered a cheese toast combo which comprises 1 cheese toast and 2 cool drinks and while placing the order i particularly told them to get the cool drink along with the toast but they served me only toast and not the drink..in the interval i told one of the service woman that i have ordered for the combo which i was not served propely. I told her to enquire with the delivery boy and check what mistake happend.. She told she will check and fulfill the order and then i went back in the audi ones the movie started your delivery man came and asked me if he served the toast i told him yes u did serve but u did not serve the drink along with it becoz of which i did not have the toast completely but he started arguing with me and asked me where the left out toast was in the theatre itself i told him to do what ever he wish to and if anything we will talk after the movie as i didnt want to get interrupted but he did not stop and argued so i told him to come out and we talk after that i did not speak to him and told your manager about his behaviour i was upset becoz for such a petty thing i had to miss my movie and go with the person and most importantly for the mistake of your employee and not mine... He would have just served me the drink and apologised for not serving the order together on time... And last but not the least i was leaving the theatre without watching the full movie but my mother told to let go and so we decided to watch the movie completely... After so much of nuisance your manager dint have a little courtesy of serving me a cool drink which i was not served and neither did he refund the amount... You can watch the cctv footage if needed and your person also did accept later on ki hi did not serve the drink... I just want to tell you even though your person made a mistake and i had to waiste the food and money because of his mistake no action was taken... I kindly request you to take action against the theatre and management for the negligence of you need i have the bill which i ordered and you can see the cctv footage and you will come to know what happened

          This has been my worst experience in any movie. I booked a ticket 4 days prior paying all the necessary fee for captain marvel in your so called 4dx screen. And guess what, the saturday morning show cancelled due to technical issues. Shut the screens if they don't work. Totally disappointed! I would never visit cinepolis and would never let any of my known people to visit there. Address of this theatre: viviana mall thane. I have heard people saying that this happens frequently there. Take a look at this and if possible shut their screens 😠😠😠

            Saw manikarnika-rani laxmibai on 30th feb & gully boy on6th march at cinepolis high street at thane. Still not received points message or mail.
            Earlier points used to get credited before you leave booking window. Down side booking windows at high street were closed at 7.40p. M. Attendent said points would credit in 24 hours. On [protected]. Nothing happene till now.

                The loyalty points sms came and advised to book tickets to get a discount of the points accumulated. Whenever i try to book the ticket, it says something like "you do not have enough points, please use another number which has sufficient points". So today i was checking the same, and the ticket got booked without any confirmation screen. Suddenly if your system works, i am now having a ticket for a movie i dont want to see.                   Please check with your viviana mall all cenipolise staff for ring. I lost my gold ring during movie on 5th mar 19 in viviana mall audi 2 4.25pm show. I ask your all staff but not get proper reply. They come with me but what about house keeping staff why they not came if they clear everything frm area then how they not got my ring.                     I lost my wallet in audi 4 (G8 to g13) seat number. It was black in colour with two debit cards and one sodexo meal card. I had my husband's pan card in there and 2500 approx cash. Its small black colour wallet. While intermission i was just moving around and went on recliner section as well. I am trying to reach out to cinepolis via contact number [protected], but noone is picking the phone. We gave ticket to vallet parking guys and missed to collect ticket from them, this we don't have ticket number available.

                      I transferred rs 1180 via phonepay at 2:33 pm on 16 feb 2019 for which no ticket was generated. Kindly refund my money.

                      Ccavenue has confirmed that my transaction was successful and that cinepolis has indeed received the money. Also i talked to phonepay which stated that the utr number cannot be generated without the money having been successfully transferred and that the merchant's bank had confirmed having received the payment but cinepolis keeps denying having received the money and they are not replying to my emails.

                          I went to box office of the cinepolis, chose the row and confirmed 8 tickets than the employe over there declined upfrontly and in very bad manner than i called the manager another guy claimed that he is manager and told the booking can not be done. I keep asking why? They keep forcing me to settle and behave in very rude manner. Please take prompt action. They want to sell the 2 tickets at lost of 8 tickets. Very ruthless staff

                            15 February 2019 I have booked 2 tickets from cinepolis bhopal at 5:35 pm but my booking was not confirmed and Rs 300 had been deducted from my account. After 5 min I have done another booking and the booking got successful and Rs 280 deducted from my account. I asked my bank about the deduction of money but they said that the transaction was successful. Can you please tell what has happened . Would I be getting my money back or not? ?

                              I tried to book tickets on cinepolis website for the movie 2.0 on 6 th decemeber-2018. The amount got debitted on my credit card but no ticket was issued. This happened twice. I contacted the theater @ coimbatore and they told that they have server issues and the refund will happen in three working days. i got refund 0f one transaction of rs 2111.60 after regitering a complaint.but the other transaction of rs 1480 is still not refunded even after several reminders.

                                Watched mary poppins (Twice) few days back & alita today and on all the occasions the drinks were tastless & quite less fizz. On complaining over counter the guys try to fool & push the idea that that’s the way drinks are (This is nonsense).

                                Secondly, the effects have been reduced - so if customer is ignorant what to expect then these guys will not give proper effects unless you escalate it. I did it about the seats not having any rotary effects plus the bubbles (Part of may poppins movie) were minimal. I had to literally scold them then rotary movements were there & bubbles were somewhat there.

                                This is jugaad & cheaters’ mentality & i am escalting this to usa office. Cinepolis is fooling people by charging them but not providing the requisite service.

                                  I used my paytm to pay amount at box-office at hyderabad, manjeera mall, cenipolice.
                                  At the time of payment my amount is debited from my account but transaction at cenipolice has failed. The person at the counter told that amount will be refunded.                                       My cinepolis loyalty membership linked to mobile number [protected]. I am unable to redeem loyalty points on the website and same with mobile app. On website after login, i try to book movie and select club points as payment option, it doesn't process further.
                                      On mobile app it gives error (Invalid points) on payment by club points.

                                      Please give me a possible solution.
