I booked 1 ticket using the Cinepolis App from my phone, for movie Badhai Ho, 8 Nov 2018, 10:50 show, Cinepolis, Acropolis Mall, Kolkata.
I Paid Rs 225/- (Rs 210/- for ticket + Rs 15/- as convenience fees) from my SBI debit card. The amount got deducted from my account and I have the sms from SBI also.
SMS FROM SBI:
Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 559XX5925 for a purchase worth Rs225.0 on POS 81800006 at CCAMOTO txn#[protected].If not done by you, forward this SMS from mobile number registered with SBI to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected].
I did not get the ticket confirmation mail nor any sms from Cinepolis.
This is a terrible experience. Earlier also I had problem with this App. This App should be removed by Cinepolis.
PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY ASAP.

This is puneet bhardwaj i have booked my tickets in crm mall Delhi. During my booking of tickets the amount has been deducted in paytm wallet but not the tickets. I have not got any confirmation msg or e mail from cinipolis, kindly transfer or return my money as soon as possible. Even the contact number which i have been trying is not working.. Kindly response to the issue
Thanks for writing in. We would like to inform you that we have checked our system and have found that the amount was not received by us and hence we cannot refund. If you wish, you can rebook your tickets. Furthermore, we request you to get in touch with your bank for assistance related to refund.
