I have tried booking for taxiwala movie on 21st nov 2018 1pm show (Cinepolis royal meenakshi mall bengaluru), select the paytm payment mode, money debited from paytm but ticket not confirmed. Paytm details are given below.

Paid for order cinepolis india private l order #115675 transaction id [protected][protected]:25:48 am

When i equired in the theater they said the money will come back in original payment mode in 3 days, but almost 3 weeks amount of rs 930/- not credited to my paytm wallet/account.

Created issue in cinepolis website also 26/11/2018, issue=11349 proj=78, but no response on this from your end.

Can you please look into the matter.

    I tried booking tickets on nov 18th 2018 @ 11 am, through cinepolis website, i chose paytm as the gateway and it successfully completed the transaction, however the ticket details never came up and got a message saying "unsuccessful", for which i first contacted the paytm support, they informed the transaction was successfully travsferred to cinepolis india and i have the screenshot of the same.

    I then tried searching online for cinepolis helpline number, cant believe there is no csr care for cinepolis india!! A firm of this magnitude with no customer care im baffled! So somehow tried pinging them on fb messenger and there has been no further updates response or updates, not sure how to go about it further!

          So went to cinepolis for a movie show at 8.10 pm 21st nov 2018
          Me and my husband dont go to the movies often so were looking forward to it followed by a nice dinner
          The movie was indeed good but the theatre was not!! We had booked the vip seats l9 & l 10. The whole movie went by with an horrific stench of dead rats! A few people complained but excpet for searching the dead rat while we were watching the movie no other measures were taken!! It was a terrible experience and service and no value for money!
          We were so fulll of the smell that we had to skip dinner! I can still smell a dead animal, it was that bad
          Never ever visiting cinepolis again!
          Definitely going to consumer forums for this disgusting experience we had
          Not recommended
          Please get your theatres clean and usable! Extremely annoyed! You totally killed our night out!!!

            Cinepolis sudha ... is charging for parking space and giving parking slip written as refundable when after movie u go to concern person regarding refund they give excuses like owner not there and doesnt refund money so please kindly check the matter.i would like to appeal the concern of cinepolis sudha to check the above parking process in their premises.

              I have tried booking tickets from your app on the mobile and the transaction was failed. But the amount was deducted from my credit card. The next time I tried booking with my debit card, but the same thing happened.

              On both the occassions, the amount was deducted, but transactions were failed. Please find the undermentioned details and kindly refund the amount at your earliest

                Staff at cinepolis bhandup mumbai misbehavef with my husband and son when they asked to serve order promptly during interval when there was zero queue at the counter.

                Kapil, deepak, amit are the employees. We went to watch movie 7.45 pm show 10th nov. They were rude and instead of apologizing, making amends to rectify services they insulted and misbehaved with my family. A pathetic experience of service by this staff.

                I had booked a 4 ticket through net banking, but i didnt get any acknowledgment but amount was detected. i tried once again but second time also my amount detected but ticket was not booked.

                  This is the message i received on 6th of november, and it is 10th november today, yet to receive the money back. Seriously, hard earned money is a joke to you people cinepolis.

                    I have book the ticket from coimbatore cinepolies 3 tickets for sarkar tamil movie on 11 th nov 2108 the ticket price is rs.206.95 [ without tax] but actual ticket price for other movie is rs.165.48 [without tax ] why the difference from movie to movie we want to know as per the government rule will accept to collect the extra money for different movies kindly clarify

                      I booked 1 ticket using the Cinepolis App from my phone, for movie Badhai Ho, 8 Nov 2018, 10:50 show, Cinepolis, Acropolis Mall, Kolkata.

                      I Paid Rs 225/- (Rs 210/- for ticket + Rs 15/- as convenience fees) from my SBI debit card. The amount got deducted from my account and I have the sms from SBI also.

                      SMS FROM SBI:
                      Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 559XX5925 for a purchase worth Rs225.0 on POS 81800006 at CCAMOTO txn#[protected].If not done by you, forward this SMS from mobile number registered with SBI to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected].

                      I did not get the ticket confirmation mail nor any sms from Cinepolis.
                      This is a terrible experience. Earlier also I had problem with this App. This App should be removed by Cinepolis.

                      PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY ASAP.

                          I have tried to book 4 tickets for sarkar (Tamil movie) at cinepolis royal meenakshi mall bangalore for 5.40 pm show through cinepolis website. I have selected g1, g2, g3, and g4. Amount (Rs.1084) deducted from my credit card, however i did not the booking confirmation. Could you please refund the amount? They don't have customer care number in india.

                            Dear sir,
                            I tried to book two tickets for 11:35 am show for the movie andhadun on cinepolis website. The payment was made and card was rs 450 was deducted from the credit card. The server showed 'error, network connectivity problem'. I received no booking confirmation from the message either via email or message. I want cinepolis india to refund the amount paid by me.

                            Right now there is an offer going where joining bonus is 100 points. I just registered for the cinepolis club india, but didn't get any credits.

                            Offer is still active till Nov.6th, I don't know why I didn't get the points.

                              Hey im rahulan s, ysted i tried to book ticket money deducted ticket not booked.. Ya ok i'll wait for that refund.. Bit today november 6th again i collect money and tried to book ticket but again my money deducted ticket not booked.. U # people i[censored]l can't book the ticket y do ul deducte money.. I need my money or ticket immediately.. If not in gonna go near by cinipolise and gonna break all the things.. U # #..

                              I was trying to book Thugs of Hindustan 5 tickets, amount deducted of Rs.1175/- but tickets not booked, my MasterCard number ending 6398 and mobile number ending 5630, Even got SMS from bank saying amount debited.

                                  Amount got deducted from my axis debit card but no confirmation received due to gateway timeout.

                                      I tried to book movie ticket today (5 Nov-2018) through cinepolis mobile app and paid by Debit Card. Amount was deducted with no tickets confirmed nor any reference no. Generated nothing... Please do kindly see through this..
