Amount:200
Money got deducted but no confirmation email or message from cinepolis and ticket is also not there in my tickets section. High level fraud from cinepolis. Now refund my money or i will have to lodge a complaint.

    people not allowed to bring their own edibles despite the new rule

    The hon' bombay high court issued an order to all the multiplex theatres that movie viewers should be allowed to carry their own food inside the cinema halls and not be forced to buy overpriced food from the multiplex food stalls. The rule was to come into effect right from 1st of august 2018. Yet, when i booked 2 tickets on 15th aug. 2018 at cinepolis theatre (Magnet mall, bhandup west) our bags were checked and we were told that outside...

    Hi,

    I am mukesh sah ([protected]). I booked 2 tickets for satya mev jayate using cinepolisindia.com for cinepolis central mall, guwahati, for 6:00pm show for date 13 aug 2018 using bank of baroda debit card
    After selecting seats and entering my debit card details, cinepolisindia website displayed some message like 'processing...' and after some time, it displayed, 'oops, an error occurred'.
    But an amount of rs 490.00 was debited from my account. This transaction was done at around 2:05pm on 13th aug 2018.
    I waited for around 20-25 minutes, but i didn't receive any sms or e-mail from cinepolisindia for confirmation of tickets but i did receive sms from citibank for deduction of money

          I had made a booking on the cinepolis website for the movie gold. Amount from my account was debited but the tickets were not booked. Kindly check and swnd the tickets or refund the amount at earliest. Its a big drawback for such a big cinema company. Please resolve this problem at earliest and do check the same for future problem.                 But from last few months i'm not getting any club cinepilos points though i'm booking the tickets with same rejisterd number.
                I have complained managers of cinepolis patna few times but no results
                Even today i booked 8 tickets with same number but no points.

                  I tried to book 9 tickets for all my friends at viviana mall, thane. It was for the movie goodachari at 6.50 pm on 11th august. When the payment got completed an error was shown and money got deducted. There were no tickets booked. No notification came about what happened about the money. For such a large and respectful company such things should not happen and even if it happens there should be a notification about what happens!!

And not yet received the refund.. When talked about this at the cinepolis acropolis mall Hubli box office i was said that the amount will be refunded within 48 hrs..                       On 01 aug 2018, i booked two tickets for movie dhadak for 02 aug 18 (Cinepolis myntra mall, attapur), hyderabad through cinepolis app through icici bank credit card. Money rs 300/- has been deducted but ticket not booked. After money deducted, pop out message appeared, your session expired. No refund received on credit card and no sms or mail received.

                        Hello, myself jonna somusundaram i am from bangalore, karnataka, actually i booked two tickets for 10pm show in cinepolis, meenakshi mall, hulimav for telugu movie gudachari, on tuesday 7 august 2018. Other costumer also got booked with same seats for same show. We both argued with each other and i gave complaint to the respective authorities but i did not get any response from them..

                            Right now i am watching a film in cinnepolis jamshedpur and when asked for water i was told that mineral water’s stock is over.. A basic necessity such as water should always be available in a theatre. I was asked to go to the food court to huy water.. How am i expected to leave the move and travel to the next floor leaving the theatre to buy water.. Not only water but many other food products were also unavailable and the excuse i was given was there was rush because of sunday

                              The app says your card has not enough points while I try to book tickets although in the club cinepolis site, total points in my account is 144pts.
                              Even there is no option to redeem club cinepolis points while booking through app.

                              Thanks for writing to us. Please note that you can redeem the Club Cinépolis points through our website/app and at the Box Office. While booking tickets via the website, you'll find Club Cinépolis option on the payment page. Click on the Club Cinépolis box and then proceed with the details to redeem your points. Furthermore, you can redeem your points partially at the Box Office only. However, to redeem all your points in a single transaction, the points should be equal to the ticket price.

                                I booked two vip seat at cinepolis triton mall, jaipur for the 1:10 pm show on 8/04/2018. The movie name was mission impossible-fallout. My seat number were a-1 and a-2. My worst experience started when i felt something was moving around my back while i was watching the movie. At once i ignored it but after some time i noticed that it was a rat or it might be a lizard. I asked my friend to get up and with the help of torch in my mobile phone i searched it and later got know that it is a rat. I went to the cinepolis lobby and informed him about the presence of rat. After 5 minutes he came along with me and tried to kill it with his slipper. Later on the other staff members also joind him. They were successful in hunting him. The staff cleared it and asked me to to back on my seat. The incident does end here.

                                During the 12 minute interval when i use the button to expand it i noticed one more rat inside the seat. I informed the staff members again about it. It was the worst experience of my life in cinepolis triton mall, jaipur. I have decided not to visit there again and will ask my friends to do the same.

                                  I booked 2 tickets for today's 4 aug 2018 11:25 pm show of karwaan in vip viviana thane mall operated by cinepolis india.

                                  I had used their website to book the tickets and paid via net banking. The sms that i received contains a link from cinepolis to download the m tickets and the link does not work.

                                  I was also suppose to get the confirmation of this purchase from cinepolis via email. I have not received any email confirmation / tickets so far.

                                  Rs 1430 has been deducted from my account and i have an sms confirmation for this from my bank.

                                  My money has been deducted and i can't download the m-tickets from the sms link to show as proof to enter the hall.

                                  I have already written 3 emails to cinepolis to retrieve tickets via email, but all i get in an auto generated response.

                                    Hey,

                                    I got the message for download M-ticket after successful ticket booking. When i clicks on provided link then link is opening with an error. It is really frustrating. How can you ignore such type of issue at this level. There are lots of people who were facing same problem. Why you are not taking these type of issues seriously. The Number you provided for customer support is not working.
                                    I think the third party app is better than your app/website.

                                      redemption of cinepolis points

                                      I am mona.
                                      As everyone even i have the same issue. I have bonus points which can be redeemed but i am unable to do so. Please guide me regarding this. I logged in to my cinepolis club account, i could just see the points available but didn't understand as to how to use those. How can i use those points.?
                                      I need to book a ticket for my next show.. Resolve my complaint as soon as possible...
