I booked tickets from cinepolis app but I have yet to receive booked tickets sms, while
payment is already deducted from my bank account.neither I have received any sms or mail
confirming the status of tickets nor it's showing in the app. Please reslove the Issue ASAP

The app says your card has not enough points while I try to book tickets although in the club cinepolis site, total points in my account is 144pts.
Even there is no option to redeem club cinepolis points while booking through app.

Could you please look into the issue????????

Thanks for writing to us. Please note that you can redeem the Club Cinépolis points through our website/app and at the Box Office. While booking tickets via the website, you'll find Club Cinépolis option on the payment page. Click on the Club Cinépolis box and then proceed with the details to redeem your points. Furthermore, you can redeem your points partially at the Box Office only. However, to redeem all your points in a single transaction, the points should be equal to the ticket price.

    I booked two vip seat at cinepolis triton mall, jaipur for the 1:10 pm show on 8/04/2018. The movie name was mission impossible-fallout. My seat number were a-1 and a-2. My worst experience started when i felt something was moving around my back while i was watching the movie. At once i ignored it but after some time i noticed that it was a rat or it might be a lizard. I asked my friend to get up and with the help of torch in my mobile phone i searched it and later got know that it is a rat. I went to the cinepolis lobby and informed him about the presence of rat. After 5 minutes he came along with me and tried to kill it with his slipper. Later on the other staff members also joind him. They were successful in hunting him. The staff cleared it and asked me to to back on my seat. The incident does end here.

    During the 12 minute interval when i use the button to expand it i noticed one more rat inside the seat. I informed the staff members again about it. It was the worst experience of my life in cinepolis triton mall, jaipur. I have decided not to visit there again and will ask my friends to do the same.

      I booked 2 tickets for today's 4 aug 2018 11:25 pm show of karwaan in vip viviana thane mall operated by cinepolis india.

      I had used their website to book the tickets and paid via net banking. The sms that i received contains a link from cinepolis to download the m tickets and the link does not work.

      I was also suppose to get the confirmation of this purchase from cinepolis via email. I have not received any email confirmation / tickets so far.

      Rs 1430 has been deducted from my account and i have an sms confirmation for this from my bank.

      My money has been deducted and i can't download the m-tickets from the sms link to show as proof to enter the hall.

      I have already written 3 emails to cinepolis to retrieve tickets via email, but all i get in an auto generated response.

        Hey,

        I got the message for download M-ticket after successful ticket booking. When i clicks on provided link then link is opening with an error. It is really frustrating. How can you ignore such type of issue at this level. There are lots of people who were facing same problem. Why you are not taking these type of issues seriously. The Number you provided for customer support is not working.
        I think the third party app is better than your app/website.

          redemption of cinepolis points

          I am mona.
          As everyone even i have the same issue. I have bonus points which can be redeemed but i am unable to do so. Please guide me regarding this. I logged in to my cinepolis club account, i could just see the points available but didn't understand as to how to use those. How can i use those points.?
          I need to book a ticket for my next show.. Resolve my complaint as soon as possible...

          I tried booking ticket using club points in cinepolis app, after i confirmed my booking, i received a message that points got redeemed and with the link to download ticket but that link doesn't work, always shows error message, also app hangs at payment, and never processes further and my points are also deducted. I'm now very much afraid to book ticket using this app, i need my points back. Please help!! I want to go to cinepolis tomorrow for movie!

            I booked tickets yesterday from cinepolis site.
            I did not receive any email about it. I received a message with a link, that link does not work. It shows error message each time i open.
            I thought to call you and confirm if my tickets are booked or not. No phone number is provided in the site at all. How can you do this?
            Atlease one number should be provided right to solve our issues.
            I sent emails 2 times in the booking enquireies. But they did not respond till now. I don't understand what is this support from you.
            I tried contacting manjeera maill cinepolis number. That number is switched off even at 10 am in the morning.
            Please tell me what i should do.

You can visit the respective cinema and show the Booking ID (mentioned by you above) at the entry of the cinema and can even get your tickets printed at the kiosk using the Booking ID.               I have 160 points in my cinepolis account which states that i am a loyal cinepolis visitor however i am unable to redeem the same.

              The link you share for redemption is bogus and your site does not have any process of redemption

              The points will expire on 31st march 2019.

              The website has a redeem points options but it doesnot take you to the web page for redemption. Kindly help

                Today, "02 august 2018"

                I had booked 2 tickets for the movie "mulk"

                My credit card. My credit card was charged for rs. 480 but i did not receive any ticket booking confirmation by sms or by email and not even on the cinepolis website. Please help rectify this issue at the earliest and confirm my booking through ticket confirmation sms and email at the earliest. Or refund the entire amount to my account at the earliest.

                Please solve this problem asap.

                  I attempted to book 2 tickets of 'sanju' on 7 july 2018 using the cinepolis mobile app (Bestech square, mohali 7:30pm show for saturday 7th july 2018). Money got deducted immediately but did not get any confirmation in my mail (Somal. [protected]@gmail.com) or phone number ([protected]). I have received one message regarding refund process initiated and will be received with in 9 working days but its around 20 days gone i received nothing from cinepolis. I have also submitted various complaint on cinepolis mobile app but nobody is listening.

                  I have attached one screenshot regarding refund initiated which i received on 11 july but nothing is received after that.

                  Please refund my money with in one or two days otherwise i will take strict action against you.

                      I lost my wrist watch today at audi 8 at cinepolis one awadh mall lucknow.
                      I just kept it in the pot at the hand rest.
                      I just forgot to pick it up back again.
                      When i came back for it, it was not there.
                      The staff isn't doing much about it.
                      They are too casual about it.
                      It is a fast-track wrist watch and costly also.

                      There is no lost and found counter.
                      This is very bad.

                      It was a gift from my sister, so it is too valuable for me.

                      So i hope if they try to get it back.
                      I will be very thankful.

                        I had attempted to book 3 tickets of 'sanju' on 7 july 2018 using the cinepolis website (Lake mall, kolkata 3:50pm show for sunday 8th july 2018).                           I am from jamshedpur. On 18th may 2018 pjp cinepolis has opened here. But still now jamshedpur is not been found in your list of cities, where cinepolis is present in india. Furthermore i have 100 points with cinepolis india in my mobile no. But when i asked at the counter of jamshedpur pjp cinepolis, i have been told that i can't redeem my points in jamshedpur, i can redeem at any other places like in kolkata.                             I have had a word my bank and have been informed that the amount has been received by the beneficiary (Cinepolis India), but there has been no fund reversal despite my tickets not getting booked. I have sent a mail to [protected]@cinepolis.com but I have not got response yet.

                              The manager was rude and adamant on me submitting my handbag at baggage counter. When asked where should I keep my cash and cards, his answer was 'how much cash is there?' and I can carry the same in hand. Apart from that he tried to mention that this is mentioned on Paytm T&C that one cannot carry hang bag as well. When I asked where is that mentioned, he opened the T&C, but couldn't find this specific point. Followed with this, he mentioned there are 18 terms and conditions, and he cannot explain me all of that. Funny part is, when I went ahead to submit the bag the lady at the counter says that it's a handbag and doesn't needs to be submitted.

                              Probably the manager needs to be taught a thing or two on how to talk and difference between handbags and backpack.

                                Hi, This is Noor from Lucknow. Last month i visited cinepolis(halwasia) and i bought some tickets from there also i redeemed my 100 points there and informed the guy to update my points as well. But after 2-3 days its not updated in my account so i sent an email and complaint that the points not updated. I didn't get any reply from there then again i sent so many emails on the customer support but no positive response got from there side. very poor and worst service from there end. Its been a month and i am still following for this. Never seen such bad service.
                                If its possible to update my points very good otherwise leave it. I know you people cant do...Shamefull. Now in my membership there is some error showing, image attached for your reference.

                                  Today I have booked tickets of vadhaian vadhaian Punjabi movie for besteck square Mohali 8.15 pm show. Money deducted from yes back 2 times different card but ticket was not booked. Neither your customer care email people give a sufficient reply. I don't think that cinepolis is a good app to book tickets
                                  Now neither they are giving reply to reverse money nor giving tickets

                                    Air conditioning system is not working from last 3 week still it is not resolved, some people's are leaving the Auditorium by taking refund
                                    the money cinepolis is not maintaining their standard by giving the all Quality in the system After frequently Complaining still they are Not taking action please take this complaint as a high priority for resolution .

                                      not able to redeem my cinepolis points

                                      I have 106 points and today[protected] is the last date to redeem and I am unable to do that

                                      When I select Club CinePolis option - It is not allowing me to go further.

                                      "It says failed to purchase order "

                                      Movie cost is 175 Rs and I have 106 points - I want to use my total points and I can pay the remaining money.

                                      I sent an email to support already.
                                      No solution till now...
