Hi,
Please check your payment gateways. None of them are allowing to complete the payment transaction from Cinepolisindia.com. However, amount is getting deducted from my account.

Cinema: Royal Meenakshi Mall, Bangalore
Date of Show: 5th May 2017, 10.15 am
Movie: Bahubali (Telugu)

Today, I tried to make a purchase through my Citi Bank debit card and the amount is deducted but the site gave me a sorry message that it is not processed. The reference number for this transaction is Ref:[protected] Ref No :- 04MAY1141.
I tried again and this time I used SBI Net Banking and made the purchase. However, same problem. But managed to get the mail using the resend ticket by email.
Please refund the amount deducted from my citi debit card, the reference of which is mentioned above.

    Hi, i had booked 4 bhahubali conclusion tickets through the cinepolis application on my phone but have not got any confirmation. The money had been deducted though. Kindly take a look and let me know what is the status as the show is tonight.

      I have been through a i'll behavior done by one of security guard present at the parking lot at cinepolis theater in amritsar.
      I parked my bullet near the ticket counter and the guard present their stopped me of parking the vehicle their. However after discussing my medical issues i was allowed to park my vehicle. I went to watch the movie after taking the parking slip. However when i came back front tier of my enfield was punctured. When i asked the gurad about the same he said he is not aware who punctured it and even talked very rudely. I and my cousin had to walk at mid night and drag the enfield for almost 3kms.
      Is this the way you treat your customers?
      Pathetic service ever by cinepolis staff.

      I want you to take an action against the staff and notify about the same to me.

        Hi,
        I've booked a movie ticket for Bahubali for 1St May 2:05pm show through my credit card with Paytm gateway of Rs.1635.90. Paytm confirmed the money has been credited to the cinepolis merchant but no confirmation from cinepolis.
        When I checked on ticket counter, they said it's not been booked on my name. its been booked by someone. Can you help me on this.

          I Abhinav Ojha came to see Bahubali movie morning show of 11:55 am at (Cinepolis Andheri fun republic) on 28 April 2017 when I go to box-office the guy there doesn't provide me ticket and reply that the ticket is paper less and ask for my contact number and told that I will get a msg from book my show of my ticket but I got a message from unknown number of my ticket details the message is not from book my show after the movie when I went out from the exit one of your staff meet me and as I am regular from last two to three month i know that staff I ask him what is the problem that I am not getting my printed ticket I went to pvr Cinemax I got printed ticket but from last three time I am receiving msg from unknown number he told me that there is integrity in ticket and manger is to involve in this so he told me to keep his name confedential so take a strict action about it or i to work in a press I will take a action about your property that your manager and staff are doing this thing or else I will report it to entertainment department or central board And I have a sçreenshot with me of the msg received to me but I can't send it to you as there is not a option of attaching the file in your feedbox

                I wrongly booked 4 tickets on 28.04.17 12:35 P.m show instead of date 30.04.17 at 9:00 am for Unity rohini Delhi. I noticed when i took out the print out at 9:05 and immediately highlighted to cinepolis through their facebook, twitter pages and requested them to shift to any time slot available on 30.04.17 as i have donw the booking wrongly for 28.04.17. They keep send the standard reply that it cant be done. If any-one make some mistake and highlight you immediately, at least you must accept that. I only requested to shift the date and give slot as per you but they not bothered to help the customer. I have already paid appro. 1700/- for tickets and not able to see the movie also. Poor customer centricity. Railway also book ticket and allow change if informed well in advance. why you people stick to your policy which is not customer centric.

                I have watched my last 8-10 movies at Cinepolis only in last 1/1.5 years as I stopped going PVR prashant vihar & M2K Rohini but this experience seems that its only money making business at Cinepolis without considering any customer satisfaction. Giving big Zero rating for this to cinepolis.

                    Its 27/4/2017, 7.20 pm and the tickets for Bahubali 2 have not even started at cinepolis Coimbatore. This happened the same with kabali. How come a full Theater was booked by a particular individual even when the tickets aren't being issued to the public? When asked about getting tickets the staff over there asked us to get 50 tickets for around 200 rupees each, while the actual rate is 120 rupees. If this isn't internal politics, I don't know what's happening. This should change.

                      From many days, I am searching to purchase tickets for Bahubali 2 movie in Cinepolis, Manjeera Mall, Hyderabad.

                      When I went to theatre and spoke with a Management guy (Chanakya) there, he doesn't have proper response to my questions regarding online ticket process, and tickets sold directly.

                      He made me wait for so long took my phone number and didn't contacted me. No one is calling manager there . Not sure he is working there or not.

                      My question is why you didn't put tickets online in Cinepolis, Manjeera Mall, while other Cinepolis theatres in other areas are placing. (Brand value should me maintained right?)

                      What is the use of maintaining website for not providing proper information on when and how tickets will be given?

                      I know that most of the tickets went backdoor, but please don't repeat suck kind of cheap stuff and make customers violent.

                      I have a good impression on CINEPOLIS THEATRES, but due to this incident I lost mine. Not only me all the people who came for purchasing tickets are feeling the same..

                        My credit card. My credit card was charged for rs. 345 but i did not receive any ticket booking confirmation by sms or by email and not even on the cinepolis website. Please help rectify this issue at the earliest and confirm my booking through ticket confirmation sms and email at the earliest. Or refund the entire amount to my account at the earliest.

                                Please note that the movie 'Take Off' @ 7:30 PM on 12th April was cancelled due to the poor quality of the movie print and we were guaranteed a complete refund of the amount. Since I had booked the ticket online, it was told that the amount would be credited to my account within 7 days. However, this has not happened yet.

                                  I tried booking 3 tickets on April 13, 2017 for movie Kavan in fun cinemas, coimbatore for 14th April 12.20 pm Show. I made the payment through my debit card, but due some technical errors on your server my transaction was showed as failed but I was charged for Rs 411. I did not get any confirmation on my mobile. But it was in my mail and saw it today. Booking Number: 3295101. Please refund the money as soon as possible. I am very much diappointed about this issue.

                                      This was the first time that i visited the FUN cinemas, rudrapur and that turned out to be my worst ever experience of any cinema, chawla movie hall is much much better than this fun cinema,

                                      I reached the movie hall 20min before the movie time, while waiting at the waiting area of thw hall, all the cinema staff was busy watching IPL match on phone with very high volume,

                                      The gesture of all the staff memebers was like they dont bother about the customer satisfaction

                                      At 9pm (show time) me along with my collegue started moving toward the movie hall, one of the security member watching the ipl match, called me with high volume 'aabhi picture ka time nahi hai aabhi beeth jao'

                                      At 9 15, security guard was talking on phone, and after some time 3 person highly drunked arrived without ticket and talking at very loud voice, making fun of every one.

                                      So, we decided not to watch the movie here in fun cinemas, we will go to [protected]@metropolis, but we waited till the movie starts. It was 9 35 when the movie starts 35 min late without any intimation.

                                      While leaving the cinema at ticket counter i asked for complaint register, the receptionist didnt provies us any thing, they tried to make some excuses.
