This was the first time that i visited the FUN cinemas, rudrapur and that turned out to be my worst ever experience of any cinema, chawla movie hall is much much better than this fun cinema,

I reached the movie hall 20min before the movie time, while waiting at the waiting area of thw hall, all the cinema staff was busy watching IPL match on phone with very high volume,

The gesture of all the staff memebers was like they dont bother about the customer satisfaction

At 9pm (show time) me along with my collegue started moving toward the movie hall, one of the security member watching the ipl match, called me with high volume 'aabhi picture ka time nahi hai aabhi beeth jao'

At 9 15, security guard was talking on phone, and after some time 3 person highly drunked arrived without ticket and talking at very loud voice, making fun of every one.

So, we decided not to watch the movie here in fun cinemas, we will go to [protected]@metropolis, but we waited till the movie starts. It was 9 35 when the movie starts 35 min late without any intimation.

While leaving the cinema at ticket counter i asked for complaint register, the receptionist didnt provies us any thing, they tried to make some excuses.

    Hi,
    I tried booking 2 tickets today for the movie 'The Baby Boss' @ CINÉPOLIS One awadh center, Lucknow for 16th April 3 PM Show. I tried to pay the payment through sbi maestro debit card. But due some technical errors, my transaction was showed as failed but I was charged for Rs 934.36. I tried booking for seat number k10 & k11 of screen 7. Payment was done on POS [protected] at ticketing_ccavenues_co txn#[protected]

    Please initiate the refund as early as possible. Awaiting your response.

    I've booked 2 tickets for the movie Boss Baby for the show on 13th April, 2017 at 1.45pm at meenakshi mall, Bannerghatta Road. The amount is deducted from the account. But I didn't receive any confirmation. Could you please transfer the amount back to me.

        I had booked 3 tickets for the movie "BAAHUBALI - THE CONCLUSION"

        my credit card. My credit card was charged for RS. 345 but I did not receive any ticket booking confirmation by SMS or by email and not even on the Cinepolis website.             Hi, This is Sujay shetty, booked ticket for fast and furious 8 for Viviana cinepolis thane on 14th april, friday 4.45 pm show through' online axis credit card. I got a failed transaction message on cinepolis website "we are very sorry, but there has been a problem between the webserver and the cinema you have been charged. You can ring the helpline to get your money refunded". Tried calling on few numbers on website but there is no response from the helpline also, hence I decided to book tickets at a different theatre in Thane at inox, but later When I checked my email I had got booking confirmation from cinepolis that my tickets have got booked . Later on also recieved meesage from AXIS for the transaction.


            Thank you for banking with Axis Bank.

            Rs.634.36 was spent on your Axis Bank Credit Card xx7067 on 14-Apr-17 01:51:17 PM at CINEPOLIS INDIA PRIV. Your available Credit Limit: Rs. 17, 469.57. The total Credit Limit of your account is Rs. 18, 000.00.

            Please contact Customer Service[protected] or[protected] if this transaction was not authorized by you or if you wish to convert any transaction above Rs. 2500.00 into EMI.

            This is really bad service from Cinepolis there is no customer service also to help me resolve this I tried calling on few now but was not reachable .If the transaction was successful i should have got a confirmation mail on the website itself . I saw similar complain from some other customer also on your sit .I need to get this amount refunded in my account .I have incurred Rs.630 for this transaction need to get this amount refunded at the earliest.

              I tried booking 2 tickets for the movie 'Kavan' in 'Fun cinemas' Coimbatore.
              My booking has been rejected for 4 times for different seats, but my credit card has been charged(approx Rs.1094). While submitting I got a note asking me to contact helpline to get my refund. Can you let us know why this has happened and when will I get my money back.

                I had booked two tickets( Seats : Executive- K5 & K6 Audi 1) for The Boss Baby English (3D) at Cinepolis Royal Meenakshy Mall Bengaluru for 4:20 PM show on 12.04.2017 with the Booking ID : CP[protected] and the Trasaction ID : [protected] with an order total of Rs. 517.48/- through my paytm account . As i reached the venue i could not find Audi 1, on asking staff there one said its under renovation thereby wasting my time on searching for the audi1 and got to know that it is renovated and movie is playing. a small computer print out board was kept outside the hall which was hardly visible and unfortunately the thin board had fallen down and we kept searching for the hall.Though the staff apologized for the inconvenience caused to us we were 20 mins late for the movie by then. Reached cinema Hall finally only to find that there are nobody to give 3D glasses and we could not find the glasses on the table available there either. again had to come out and search for a staff to provide us with glasses. The guy asked us to wait while he gets the glasses. he took 10 mins to come with glasses and that too unsealed, used and dirty glasses. upon asking why is he giving such glasses he said there are no fresh & cleaned glasses and if we don't take these we would have to watch the movie without the 3D glasses. he was rude in telling this. Hence 40 mins of our time was wasted and half of the movie was over by the time we settled in our seats due to inconvenience caused to us from your end by not putting board for Audi number, no proper information available with the staff with regard to basic queries, no trained staff and no manager on floor when asked for the manager for help. As we missed half of the movie though we watched the other half we could not understand the movie which really disappointed us and caused lots of inconvenience to us. hence i request you to refund my money paid for this particular movie.

                    Not even providing a confirmation or complaint number.

                    Cinepolis has also not provided any customer care number to which i can call and check the status of the transaction.

                    I have also made a complaint in their site contact us feedback section.
                    They have also not sent any confirmation mail regarding that they are looking into...

                        I had booked 2nos. tickets for Beauty and the beast movie, 7.15 show on 6th April from Cinepolis website . Though the money from my bank account was debited I did not receive any confirmation message on phone neither any mail . I called up Ahmedabad Alfa one mall cinema on the number I got from mall helpline. The staff member that time confirmed that the booking from my name was done and he gave the Booking ID on phone. He asked to collect the tickets from theater by giving my seat numbers and my name. They did handover the tickets as I provided my details.
                        Today ( 8th April ) Afternoon at 2.03 I booked 5 tickets for my guests for Bahubali 10.10 pm show, through the same cinepolis website and again the same error, money was debited but did not get any confirmation mail or message on phone. I had to call to staff there again when I did not get any confirmation till 2.15. I called up on the same phone number ( +91 [protected] as on 6th April ) to confirm my booking . The person on phone did not give the booking ID but confirmed my booking and asked to collect the tickets by my name if I don't get the confirmation in half an hour . Hence when my guests asked for tickets on my name they said no booking is done on this name and I had to call so many times and show my mails from bank and sms from bank . they did provide the tickets but we did not get the seats I had booked for . Very careless staff and hopeless website . What does cinepolis charge for in the name of convenience fees ? where and how will I get the refund for inconvenience caused to me and specially to my guests ? What about the difference of money for class of seats I paid for and the seats ( against my choice ) I got for ? Please check your system and let me know where did my debited money go if the booking was not done ?

                          I was trying to book one movie ticket from cinepolis mobile
                          app but amount got debited and ticket not booked. It showed
                          me some error occurred.

                          Very bad experience with cinepolis and your Organisation is

                                Hi, I am Boopathiraja, booked ticket for kavan on 8 th april, Saturday 4pm thro' online using online banking. I received the message in the screen, "we are very sorry, but there has been a problem between the webserver and the cinema you have been charged. You can ring the helpline to get your money refunded". But there is no response in helpline,
                                I booked again and this time the transaction was successful and I received both email n message..When I checked my email, I found that I got a booking confirmation for the failed transaction as well, in that case has the ticket been booked twice or will I be refunded.

                                    I am siivakumar, and booked ticket for kaatru veliyidai, show timings on 9th sunday 11.00am thro' online using my debit card. I have received the message in the screen, "we are very sorry, but there has been a problem between the webserver and the cinema you have been charged. You can ring the helpline to get your money refunded". But there is no response in helpline,
                                    Now i start booking once again, still i received the same message on screen that the ticket is not booked. After a while, when i was reading m mails i come to know that the ticket is booked twice for kaatru veliyidai. Now i want to cancel the 4 tickets which is booked later.                                       I had booked tickets for KAATRU VELIYIDAI in fun cinemas, coimbatore for april 9th, 1.30pm.The money has been deducted but the ticket booking has been failed nor any information regarding the booking has been given.As i read the above complaints, its a very common issue and happens very frequently which should be taken care of.And many too complain that their money has not been returned back.Hope i get my tickets or my money back.Too many issues in the movie booking site.
