Last night i visit cinepolicy eta mall, bangalore, to watch a movie, i was really disappointed the way the management treated me, especially the food department, i ordered chicken momo's which turned out to be very bad, to which i asked the supervisor regarding the same and his response was 'this is how it comes' with a rude attitude and there was no manager in the floor, and the floor manager never town out even thought there were lot of arguments. I would ask you to take strict action on the supervisor as well as the manager, yesterday was the last time i would be visiting the mall and i would never refer anyone to visit this place, even the auditorium was not maintained well, i would want you to take strict action.

i chose two seats for which my money got deducted from my account but no email
or sms confirmation of seats i got. kindly return my money or give me my tickets.
