I have booked movie ticket of Dangal dated 26/12/2016 through IDBI Net banking. Transaction failed but Rs. 187.12 deducted from my account. IDBI Bank said amount is at billers end.
So that I have mailed to Paytm and paytm mailed me about your site which is as follows
We would like to inform you that, as confirmed by the merchant your transaction under order was successful from our end. We would request you to kindly contact the merchant customer care team for the order confirmation.

In case, denies the transaction/Payment, kindly share the consent mail with us from the merchant end against the failure transaction.

So please refund my money as early as possible

We prima facie presume in good faith based upon your concern raised under 22620297 on 25-02-2017 regarding order id 36243 that, you did not receive the concerned goods/service from the Cinepolis India but payment was deducted from your Paytm wallet. On bona fide belief of your said complaint, we have credited Rs. 187.18 against your Order ID 36243 to your Paytm Wallet, which would however be subject to review and reversal based upon the finding of our enquiry being initiated herewith. We have simultaneously initiated investigation with Cinepolis India on your behalf in the above complaint of yours. In case Cinepolis India provides sufficient and convincing proof of payment and delivery of goods/services to you in future, the Paytm reserves it's rights to reverse the said amount from your Paytm Wallet, which would be reflected in Paytm wallet statement.

    Hi Team,

    I have booked ticket on 28 Jan with my paytm wallet, payment deducted but transection failed then again I used my HDFC credit card to book the ticket & got confirmation mail (see trail mail).

    Below the paytm transection details.

    You have made a payment of Rs. 801.54 at Cinepolis India Private L for Order Id 42667. Contact paytm.com/care for any issues.

    Below the HDFC transection details.

    Rs.801.54 was spent on ur HDFCBank CREDIT Card ending 3843 on[protected]:18:25:01 at CINEPOLIS1121384.Avl bal - Rs.760.46

    Please help to get the issue resolve asap.

    Hi, I'm also facing the same issue. Have you got your money back? The website says that in case of failed transactions, the money will be refunded within 3 weeks. my issue happened in Feb 16 but yours has happened more than 3 weeks ago. Please let me know if you have got your money back.

      Hi, I have booked the tickets from cinepolis official website on 4th Feburary 2017 17:44, payment was done by the PAYTM Amount Rs. 317.18(Order Id : 43256) was deducted from Paytm wallet but on the screen I got the error. I took the photo of that error and attaching with this mail. I raised a complaint to Paytm, but I got a reply from Paytm that no error was there from Paytm side. Error is from cinepolis website. Kindly sort this issue and Refund my money which was deducted.

        Hi, I have booked the tickets from cinepolis official website on 24th January 00.23, payment was done by the PAYTM Amount Rs. 607 was deducted from Paytm wallet but on the screen i got the error.           I buy tickets for me, my neice and my mom to watch the Raees movie yesterday.
          I, my niece and my MOM watched 8:10pm show at cinepolis ludhiana.

          We Paid RS 1210 for 3 VIP seats and were surprised to find that they were dirty and top of all not working.
          Two seats were not working and when we ask for a refund the staff refused to do that and rudely ask us to leave if we don't like the seats.

          We took pics of the seats and left without watching the full movie as it was very annoying to be skimmed by Cinepolis.

              I am Neha Phaliwal and I always go to Cinepolis ludhiana in MDB mall for movies.
              Mostly we buy tickets online.
              Yesterday I purchased 3 VIP tickets approx. rs1440 for the Raees movie at 8:20 pm.
              The money from my HDFC account had been deducted but the tickets were not booked.
              I went to the Cinema and showed them the transaction as well but the supervisiors were so rude that they just walk away saying they cannot do anything and it was my fault that I booked the tickets.
              Please advice what should I do.

              Date 31/01/2017 6:20PM Screen 4 was not working properly.
              It is sad to know even in before show screen was not working still 6:30 show tickets were sold and customers force to watch movie by disturbed screen.

              We couldn't enjoy movie completely because of disturbance.

                  I have booked movie ticket from Cinepolisindia.com two times. I have made payment through Paytmwallet but the ticket was not booked.

                  I have sent email to Cinepolis team and they replied back asking few details to check further with Paytm team. After providing the details to Paytm team, confirmed that payment is success from their end.
                  Till the confirmation from paytm, Cinepolis responded to my emails.
                  After Paytm confirmation, Cinepolis team did not responded to my emails.

                    Today I have booked 3 tickets for Dangal movie for 3 persons using my HDFC Debit card, venue ETA MALL Bangalore, using Cinepolis app, No ticket were generated, I repeated the process again and booked for another 3 tickets, again no ticket was generated, only received an error message, then I proceeded to book the ticket with book my app and got the ticket confirmed.
                    However HDFC has debited my account both the times and an amount of Rs.835/+835/ (Rs.1670) has been debited from my acount,
                    Hence I want Rs.1670/-overcharged to be refunded back to my account as no tickets were generated

                      I had visited DLF Saket on 15.01.2017 and booked 2 tickets from the counter for the 3pm show of La La Land. The payment was made through Paytm. The counter executive informed me that the transaction had failed. The transaction Id was [protected] for Rs 700/-.

                      So, the executive asked me to make the transaction again for Rs 700/-. The next transaction was successful id was [protected].

                      On contacting Paytm, they have informed me that both the transactions were successful and in such case I would request you to refund my money of Rs 700/-. And if my first transaction was un-successful then inform me suitably so that I can take up the matter with Paytm again.

                        I had booked my tickets directly via Cinepolis ETA, however the transaction failed message came but I saw a debit of Rs. 1314.52 in my PAYTM wallet. I again went to the Cinepolis site and booked the same tickets via PayTM which were successful. Thus it is 100% sure that those tickets were not booked seats [L10, L11, L12, L13], date - 1/Jan, 6:30 PM show, Bangalore Cinepolis - ETA

                          Tried to book ticket through their main (www.cinepolisindia.com) website on 8th January, after completion of transaction I received message that only registered customer can book.
                          I checked and found that my credit card was bill for that transaction and since then I have not received any feedback on when it will get refunded.

                          I have mailed them about the issue but no reply.

                                Yesterday i.e.,[protected]. We had gone to Khaidi150 movie in ALPHA ONE MALL, Ahmedabad. The show has to start at 7:30 PM, But it is delayed by half an hour due to various issues. Firstly the projection operator didn't know what picture has to be projected. He started projecting "PASSENGERS 3D" movie instead of Khaidi. Later after 10min of projection, he stopped with the shouts of people. Later he started khaidi film. But the entire projection is in GREEN color. He didn't stopped the projection, he started continuing that. He had corrected after 11 min of projection. Through out the movie the sound is too low. Really very disappointed with the way of presentation. Most of the movies i'll watch in your cinepolis, but from this time, I think I should change my mind.

                                At the beginning, you had displayed "WELCOME TO THE 1ST INTERNATIONAL CINEMA". Is it the standard maintained my you.

                                I demand an explanation.

                                  This is to inform you that I Mr Robin Dass went to watch Movie with my family and for the first time i went to Cinepolis Seasons Mall Magarpatta city Pune .

                                  1. You don't have proper Facilities.
                                  2. Your managers and supervisors are not present were there is problem.
                                  3. There is not enough staff in ticket counter. Where people need to stand in long line dispite having 5 counter only 2 of them were working.
                                  4. No Debit card / credit card machine were working and no Paytm were working
                                  5. No Signal for payments options.

                                  I was having 700 rupees only coz of cash problems which our country has facing currently. For which I was using credit and debit cards for all the transaction . But in you're organisations no card was working no server was working in Ticket Counters . So I paid cash for tickets. .. but when I enter to watch movie in the Intervals my family was hungry and thusty coz of no payment options in your cafeteria and I was having no cash. .and according to your policy we can't bring food and drinking water from outside. ..
                                  So my family and I have to leave the movie in between of the show. .

                                  Seat no P10 was horrifying, seat was lying back, it was not coming to neutral position which has effected my back severely .
                                  When asked for change of seat they said theatre is full can't do anything
                                  After paying Rs 300 + taxes i[censored] can't get a right seat to sit which ruins all the experience

                                    I have booked 3 tickets for movie show on 25th Dec. at 7:10 pm at Cinepolis (Grand Venice, Greater Noida) Movie-Dangal.

                                    Money got deducted but tickets have not been issued. I paid money via Paytm.

                                    I went to Cinepolis (Grand Venice, Greater Noida) the very day but they couldnt resolve!

                                    I have waited for another day but the money was not refunded in Paytm as well!!

                                    I have no clue as to where my money has gone although i have booked through the official website of cinepolisindia.com.

                                    PayTm confirmed via email that there is no problem on their end. They say even Cinepolis agreed with them.

                                    I have even emailed Mr Amit Kr Chawla (Cinepolis) regarding the same. He is on a holiday and asked me to wait for his response.

                                    Is that a reply? Is there no person in Cinepolis to resolve, if he is on a vacation?

                                    I have watched the movie already! Now give me back my money. Thanks!!!

                                    It is still not resolved.
                                    I will take it to higher ups if this is not solved in the next 24 hrs!

                                    I will ensure that the cinepolis suffer tremendous losses!
                                    Same happened to me on 25th Dec 2016.. Amount got deducted twice. Till now there is no refund or response from customer care. Sent number of mails.

                                      Booked 4 tickets of 01.01.17 9.15 show at WTP JAIPUR. HIGHLY surprised that AC was not at all working. We always go there to watch movies but It was horrible experience this time.
                                      Ticket rates are almost 1.5 times than other halls, but we pay it for the convenience. My father is an asthmatic patient and he was ready to see movie after a long time, but it was very painful for him.
                                      Will never think of Cinepolis again.
                                      Cinepolis India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I have tried to book movie ticket wit www.cinepolisindia.com using paytm amount deducted, but no ticket booked and no refund ..almost 45 daays over.

                                        I am complaining you that on[protected] I booked bus ticket which was by your website. As money deducted from my account but I didn't receive any ticket.
                                        I want to get back my money as soon as possible.
                                        I have not received any confirmation of ticket from them. My phone number which was given at the time of booking is [protected]. Kindly do the needful in this regard. At the time of last step entry in on line booking, suddenly the page was not seen on the screen and message came to my phone as thank you for using your SBI debit card and the amount Rs.1303 got deducted from my account. Actually I booked tickets up and down (Hyderabad - Bhimavaram) up on date[protected] and down on[protected] .
                                        Cinepolis India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Sir - i was booked an movie ticket on 10/01/2017, movie date: 14/01/2017, the amout was debited from my account, but ticket was not conformed. So kindly recredit the amount.
