HI,

I have tried booking a ticket from the cinepolis site using paytm.I had the money deduced but ticket booking failed.
The money is yet to be refunded.

    Hi Sir,

    I tried 3 times to book movie ticket on site http://www.cinepolisindia.com/ on 24th March for Movie 'Badrinath Ki Dulhania' for cinema hall 'Royal Minaxi mall Cinema' for show time 1:20 PM on 26th March with email ID [protected]@gmail.com and mobile number [protected], resulting in 2 times deduction of Rs 968.72 from my ICICI bank account and one time deduction of Rs 1068.72 from my paytm account of mobile number [protected].

    The final message was "sorry payment is not successful and I didn't get any ticket all 3 times. Could you please look into is and arrange to refund all 3 time deductions.

    I sent them couple of email yesterday and today and don't see any reply or acknowledgement of email.

      I booked 5 tickets for a movie at cinepolis acropolis mall kolkata through www.cinepolis.com/india...but received no booking id in e mail or mobile, but amount was debited from my account...when we went there they said no tickets were booked by my name so we had to purchase the tickets again across the counter...they promised that the money would be refunded within 7 days but not yet received it.transaction details are given below:

        Today i wanted to book a ticket for viewing a cinema in cinepolis vip for viewing c/o saairabanu i wanted to book the ticket online. I tried twice by paying the amount for rs 273 ticket cost. The amount is debited to my account but the ticket is not generated. One transaction is inb/[protected]/cc avenue.com/charge/tick, for the transaction therei is no transaction no it is written as cc avenue.com/charge.

        Kindly refund me the amount.

        I am never able to book vip seats at this place.it is always booked even online shows always booked.kindly look into the matter.

          I bought a friends combo worth Rs 375 as the bulletin board suggested. Consisted if 2 large coke and a popcorn.

          we ended up paying 475.

          they said with 15% tax.

          tax is hardly 57 Rs? i ve pics of the board and bill.

          what nonsense and the service ppl here are of no help. they said we also dont know.

            We have planned to watch Badri ki Dulhaniya today @cinepolis Patna in Audi 2. We have booked 8 seats R1-2 & Q1-6.
            Our showtime was 6:05pm. We reached there by time and occupied our seats ... After waiting for an hour almost we came to know that the movie has been cancelled and Cinepolis team is refunding our ticket amount. We have spent Rs.2276 (entertainment tax inclusive) for 8 seats but got only Rs.2000 for the same.

            It is clear that we have not cancelled the ticket for our convenience then why we should face such losses of Time, money and etc.

            We have also spent Rs.1200/ in buying popcorn and cold drinks.it is also a waste.

            Kindly refund my amount of Rs 1476/- asap.

            I'm watching Logan movie and the screen turned blue after interval. Its wasting my valuable time, it's almost 30 min now and still screen is not fixed. It ruined my movie experience, we pay for movie, we don't watch it for free . Time and money both are valuable

              I have been charged twice for Ghazi attack in kochi vip for the 10.30 show. I had booked it online in the morning but did not receive a ticket. I told them at the counter and they said they have not received any payment. So they made me take the ticket again. When i contacted my bank they said the earlier payment was successful.                 I have booked a ticket at cenipolis in funrepublic mall in coimbatore.

                I have booked 2 tickets for singam 3 movie for 7pm show for

                my balance gets reduced for ticket booking, my tickets are not booked as

                I have received a call from [protected] saying he is from cenipolis and asking details for refunding, and he conveyed me that right now he was able to transfer only through debitcard or credit card, so i telled my debit card number, he said me that having issue in transaction and asked my passwords, dateof birth and all detail and stated me to change password in 5 min, so i gived all my details, at the end of call i received two message that each 1000rs debited from my account. i want my money.

                After a 10 min later received a call from another one guy from [protected] cenipolis and asked the same all details. during that call he said he will only transfer 300 only.

                i want my money back. kindly help me in this regard.

                I dont know how such a confidential matter goes to unwanted person, or cenipolis itselt debited unwantedly from my account. i want a proper explanation in reply mail only.

                Because i dont know who is calling and whom to believe. Kindly reply to mymail. i am very much disappointed. if my issue couldnt solved within today i am going to file a case towards cenipolis.

                Hi..I need an immediate resolution against the following issue. Please consider.
                I made a payment of Rs. 1130/- towards booking of the movie "Avengers - Infinity war", 2 tickets in 4Dx. But I haven't received any booking confirmation as yet. Show time is 11:30 pm, dated 4th May, Friday at Cinepolis, Viviana mall, Thane west.
                I just realized that neither a confirmation email nor a message intimation being sent to my registered email id and mobile number though the amount has been deducted from my Card. Could this be solved before time to avoid any further disappointments ??

                  Last night i visit cinepolicy eta mall, bangalore, to watch a movie, i was really disappointed the way the management treated me, especially the food department, i ordered chicken momo's which turned out to be very bad, to which i asked the supervisor regarding the same and his response was 'this is how it comes' with a rude attitude and there was no manager in the floor, and the floor manager never town out even thought there were lot of arguments. I would ask you to take strict action on the supervisor as well as the manager, yesterday was the last time i would be visiting the mall and i would never refer anyone to visit this place, even the auditorium was not maintained well, i would want you to take strict action.

                  I had purchased a veg pasta, he was making my pasta using the same glove which he was using to make non veg pasta. He was making non veg pasta he put chicken into the pasta and with the same glove he started making veg pasta. Please look into the issue. Seeing this I cancelled the order.                     Lights not switched on in the movie hall at the start, interval and at the end of the movie

                    I and my mother (age 75) had gone for a movie Jollly LLB at Cinepolis Viviana mall Audi (4) for the 10:00am show.
                    I was shocked to see that the lights were not switched on in the movie hall when people were entering to watch the movie. My seating was in M row and I had a tough time taking my mother up stairs in the dark.

                    I have booked ticket on 16th Feb with my paytm wallet, payment deducted but transection failed then again I used my ICICI debit card to book the ticket & got confirmation mail (see trail mail).

                    Below the paytm transection details.

                    You have made a payment of Rs. 207.18 at Cinepolis India Private L for Order Id 44374. Contact paytm.com/care for any issues.

                    Below the ICICI transection details.

                      Below tickets(attached) I have booked on Last Friday from bookmyshow and the Show was to be on Sunday.
                      Without any prior information the show was cancelled and there is no mail or message confirmation from Cinepolis or even from bookmyshow.

                      When we reached the show Cinepolis issued us tickets for the same show, they also not aware that the show is cancelled, we went to the Auditorium but any screening was going on.

                      Then we contacted the Help desk they said that we have cancelled this show and asked to adjust in another show with the different seats which we haven't booked.
                      Or else they gave option to Refund the money.

                      This was not acceptable.

                      Also this is not the first incident, earlier RAT was found which literally falled on us from up.

                          Hi,

                          I have made payment thrice of about 3600.. And all the 3 times, the amount got deducted but i dint get the ticket confirmation.

                          Now what should i do.. Also there is no contact number to call up... I dont know what kind of sick company this is...

                          I want my money back or i'll file a police complaint...

                          Why cant they put customer care number on their website for people to call up...

                            Online tickets for 18th feb 2017 for 4.10 show at cinepolis seasons mall magarpatta pune .we have book two tickets make the payment all the payment done and Rs 394 deducted from our bank but same has been cancel from cinepolis and we have not receive any refund of the same.we try calling at your customer care no also but no one is answering the call.Further the person incharge of cineplois at seasons mall behaved badly with us.We want the refund of our money.We have attached the screen short of payment massage received from the bank. further booking details are as under:

                              I have booked movie ticket of Dangal dated 26/12/2016 through IDBI Net banking. Transaction failed but Rs. 187.12 deducted from my account. IDBI Bank said amount is at billers end.
                              So that I have mailed to Paytm and paytm mailed me about your site which is as follows
                              We would like to inform you that, as confirmed by the merchant your transaction under order was successful from our end. We would request you to kindly contact the merchant customer care team for the order confirmation.

                              In case, denies the transaction/Payment, kindly share the consent mail with us from the merchant end against the failure transaction.

                              So please refund my money as early as possible

                              We prima facie presume in good faith based upon your concern raised under 22620297 on 25-02-2017 regarding order id 36243 that, you did not receive the concerned goods/service from the Cinepolis India but payment was deducted from your Paytm wallet. On bona fide belief of your said complaint, we have credited Rs. 187.18 against your Order ID 36243 to your Paytm Wallet, which would however be subject to review and reversal based upon the finding of our enquiry being initiated herewith. We have simultaneously initiated investigation with Cinepolis India on your behalf in the above complaint of yours. In case Cinepolis India provides sufficient and convincing proof of payment and delivery of goods/services to you in future, the Paytm reserves it's rights to reverse the said amount from your Paytm Wallet, which would be reflected in Paytm wallet statement.

                                I have booked ticket on 28 Jan with my paytm wallet, payment deducted but transection failed then again I used my HDFC credit card to book the ticket & got confirmation mail (see trail mail).

                                Below the paytm transection details.

                                You have made a payment of Rs. 801.54 at Cinepolis India Private L for Order Id 42667. Contact paytm.com/care for any issues.

                                Below the HDFC transection details.

                                Rs.801.54 was spent on ur HDFCBank CREDIT Card ending 3843 on[protected]:18:25:01 at CINEPOLIS1121384.Avl bal - Rs.760.46

                                Please help to get the issue resolve asap.

                                Hi, I'm also facing the same issue. Have you got your money back? The website says that in case of failed transactions, the money will be refunded within 3 weeks. my issue happened in Feb 16 but yours has happened more than 3 weeks ago. Please let me know if you have got your money back.

                                  Hi, I have booked the tickets from cinepolis official website on 4th Feburary 2017 17:44, payment was done by the PAYTM Amount Rs. 317.18(Order Id : 43256) was deducted from Paytm wallet but on the screen I got the error. I took the photo of that error and attaching with this mail. I raised a complaint to Paytm, but I got a reply from Paytm that no error was there from Paytm side. Error is from cinepolis website. Kindly sort this issue and Refund my money which was deducted.

                                    Hi, I have booked the tickets from cinepolis official website on 24th January 00.23, payment was done by the PAYTM Amount Rs. 607 was deducted from Paytm wallet but on the screen i got the error.                                       I buy tickets for me, my neice and my mom to watch the Raees movie yesterday.
                                      I, my niece and my MOM watched 8:10pm show at cinepolis ludhiana.

                                      We Paid RS 1210 for 3 VIP seats and were surprised to find that they were dirty and top of all not working.
                                      Two seats were not working and when we ask for a refund the staff refused to do that and rudely ask us to leave if we don't like the seats.

                                      We took pics of the seats and left without watching the full movie as it was very annoying to be skimmed by Cinepolis.
