    I booked a movie ticket for 2 (VIP tickets) by paying a premium fees
    Place Cinepolis Shantiniketan at Nexus shantiniketan mall Whitefield, Bangalore
    Date of booking-18 August
    Audi number 10
    6.50 PM show
    The air conditioning of the hall was switched off exactly at 9 pm leading to lot of suffocation and hot temperature in the cinema hall
    This is not the first time this happened
    This cinema hall frequently switches off Air conditioning to save costs
    I have attached the ticket of the cinema hall
    I need a full refund because of my poor experience

      Hi,
      I booked 2 movie tickets using your mobile app on 13/08/23 after payment was done your pathetic app redirected me to another page and then there was no ticket visible i don't even receive a message or email form Cinepolis team that my booking has been confirmed or not but i made the payment.After this incident i tried reaching the support but they are not available i emailed them at [protected]@cinepolis.com but wither they shut down their customer support or have provided the wrong email as I am unable to send them I always receive my mail back from poatman.
      Kindly refund my money otherwise I will visit the consumer court.
      I have attached the payment receipt for your reference

          I booked 10 tickets for gadar 2 at ashima mall bhopal on saturday 12 th August. I made the payment through UPI and the amount was deducted but tickets were not issued. Kindly refund my money back asap. The amount is Rs 3177

              Went to watch jailer on 13th August, 7.05pm show in one awadh, Lucknow.A gang of men were passing lewd comments, dancing, banging seats throughout the movie.Spoke to the manager, but had no impact.Hereby attaching their video

                I made a booking of 2 tickets for movie OMG 2 for Date :13/8/2023 Venue Cinépolis VIP Viviana Time: 10:00am Seats D1 & D2. Ticket cost was ₹1400+ 118. I was told to make a payment of 1458 after reducing my 60 Cinépolis loyalty points. I paid through Google Pay but did not receive the tickets inspite of amount being debited from my bank account.
                Complaining here as I did not find suitable help/ support on the Cinépolis app

                  I booked two tickets for movie OMG 2 on 13/08/2023 at Cinépolis Viviana, Thane 10:00 am or 10:20 am show. Not sure about the timing. I paid thi Google Pay. Amount of ₹1458 ( ticket amount 1581-60 Cinépolis points) was deducted from my bank account but I did not receive the ticket .
                  Appealing here as there is no help/ support on the app

                    My name is Raunak Vase or I am an employee of Cinepolis VR Nagpur, I sincerely want to file an upper case against Surendra Yadav, MOD of Cinepolis, because Surendra Yadav should give entry to the customer without ticket and keep the cash payment with him and give the entry to the customer. And tell the unit head that the unit head does not want to take any action.
                    In Cinepolis night shift they give entry to customer without ticket punched and Surendra Yadav recycles popcorn tubs and popcorn decker orders are given unpunched in recycled tubs. Thee Mai Dekh Loonga but there is nothing in it.

                        I have booked movie ticket online from Cinepolis Web site transaction got Failed 2 times but refund not done from 50 days and customer care agents are of no use their manager in cinema place are also only giving dates and resolution not happening very pathetic service from Cinepolis India

                            Ticket Cancellation and Refund

                            Address: Railway Station, Seawoods Grand Central Mall, above Seawoods, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400706

                            I recently booked Oppenheimer tickets at Nexus Seawoods, Nerul. After the payment, I realised I booked it for the wrong timings. I spent about 1900 on these tickets. I wanted to cancel but there was no option for cancellation. I know it was a mistake on my part but please make a cancel option available. You guys already ask 200Rs for charges. What if I had made bookings at the wrong location? Who'd be willing to buy it? Please look into this...

                            You have to give offer its too costly everytime. If movie gets older then you have to less the price of ticket and give some offers

                              Dear sir

                              As you well aware of the recent gst rate reduction of food items sold by cinemas, cinepolis, vadodara at inorbit mall started to charge at lower rate I.e. at 5% rate in invoice but instead of passing the benefits to the customer, they have increased their basic price and collecting the total prices same as charging before.

                              My complian is that govt reduce the gst rates for consumers but the same is not passed on to customers at cinepolis.

                                  I had booked for 4 tickets for barbie on sunday. There was some promotion on Hdfc credit card so I tried that but when I went for payment they said it is not applicable for this card number so I tried with debit card as there was a promotion on that too. But that also said not valid for this card. So I closed the promotions and went ahead with the booking and then at the end got the tickets for today Thursday instead of sunday . Your system must have a glitch it changed the dates automatically to today. None of your customer care numbers of emails work

                                    On 12th July 3:40pm, I watched Mission Impossible Dead Reckoning in 4dx screen at Cinepolis Seasons mall, Pune. Unfortunately my wireless earbud's case must have slipped from my pocket that day.

                                    On 19th July, I visited to enquire if they had found it. The person at the ticket counter confirmed that they had found it and showed the picture of the earbuds from their internal whatsapp group. He sent me to a person whose name tag was 'Rushikesh' at the cine care counter. He told me that the earbuds are with their manager "Rishikesh Mane".

                                    He then sent me to another staff member who told me the most doubtful story ever-

                                    He said that on 12th July after the movie was over, a customer came to the screen of 4dx and showed them a picture of the earbuds on his phone. They did not document his name and gave him the earbuds. The earbuds in question are "Soundcore Liberty Air 2 pro (black)". These are not a common pair of earbuds that anyone would have a picture of them in their phone. The chances of this story being true are slim. What I doubt happened is simple: someone from the staff has stolen them and others are covering it up.

                                    I hope you will take this seriously as these are expensive earbuds. A quick look at the cctv footage on the date should show you that the staff member is making up the story. And who knows what else have they stolen until now.
