Hi team,
I was trying to book 3 tickets for jungle book hindi 3d for 19th april 7:40 pm show... The first transaction failed at 2:52 pm on 18 april 2016 but still the amount of rs. 831.54 was charged to my credit card.

Please find the details of the sms from the bank about the debit :
"rs.831.54 was spent on ur hdfcbank credit card ending 1378 on[protected]:14:52:27 at ticketing_ccavenue_commum"

Kindly do the needful to refund the amount of 831.54 inr to my card account asap.

Note: i retried the booking & was successful on the 2nd attempt at 2:56 pm on 18 april 2016 & again the money got deducted ... So to summarize i was charged the same amount of rs. 831.54 twice for a single / same booking.

Please revert with an update on the above at the earliest.

    Last 13th April 2016, I have tried to book tickets for Jungle Book for 2 person through the cinepolis online website booking.
    Money was deducted from my credit card account but transaction did not go through.
    Worst part is that nobody is there to call and compliant from Cinepolis.

    .
    The message I got in webiste is
    "Sorry, there was an error while processing your request. You have not been charged.
    Cinepolis India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I was trying to buy online ticket for jungle book movie. On friday 15/04/2016 i went online to cinepolis website for royal meenakshi mall, bannerghatta, bangalore and booked three (3) tickets for 1:35 pm show for sunday 17/04/2016. I paid the total amount of rs.1, 041.54 thru my credit card ending #3003. After processing the payment they never issued the tickets to me. I got transaction sms from my credit card company as usual for every single transaction i make on my card. But no information regarding the refund of the amount charged to me from cinepolis. Please help.

        had tried to book tickets for Rocky Handsome on 24th march.2016. The tickets were not booked however while trying to book the same the payment was deducted twice for 150 rs each. One payment was done by my card and the other one using net banking. The payment references are [protected] & [protected]. This was informed to cinepolis support team via the cinepolis app as well, however didnt get a reply.

        As per cinepolis policies payments are processed within 3 Weeks, however in this case it is more than that.

        Please look into the same on a priority and help get the payments reversed.

          I made 4 failed transactions on 3th april each worth 893.15 for booking
          Tickets, 5th transaction was successful and
          Received tickets but before that all 4 transaction failed. Till now
          Money was not credited to my bank account.

            wallet
            ORDER ID NO:[protected].amount was debited but while redirecting to your
            website page there it showed that payment was unsuccessful, please try once
            again.then I came back and booked cash at cinemas option.now I want my
            refund back.mobikwik was saying that ask for cinepolis.please kindly refund my
            amount...

            Dear team,

            On 7th april 2016 i have booked two tickets from cinepolis website for jungle book at cinepolis manjeera mall kukatpally hyderabad my booking no. 4679517 & kiosk id wmzmx74. Though i have book only 2 tickets which costs me rs. 357 same amount have been deducted 3 times from my credit card.
            Kindly look into the matter and refund the rs. 714. Also i have cinepolis club card [protected] on name of my husband mr. Sudeep sen. In new version of cinepolis website aft er watching the movie we did not receive any points.

              I had booked 2 tickets for the movie Jungle Book (3D) on 16th April 2016 in Cinepolis, Sigma mall, Cunningham road, Bangalore. I purchased the tickets via debit card transaction from SBI. Although the transaction was successful I haven't got any sort of booking confirmation. The booking details are as follows.                 On April 1, 2016 I tried booking two tickets at www.cinepolisindia.com for around Rs. 370. The transaction was done from bank's end but I was redirected to a page and it was shown that no amount has been deducted and error message.
                I reconfirmed my bank statement the money has been deducte but my tickets were not booked.


                I wrote a mail to [protected]@cinepolis.com . But no response received till now.
                I have attached my bank transaction and the error screen message in this.

                There is no customer care number for cinepolis. How to contact them?

                    I paid for cinepolis movie ticket on 13 apr 16 through cinepolis website.Their payment gateway is ccavenue. Payment was by paytm wallet and got confirmation. but ticket was not booked and error message was shown. But money got deducted when i checked my transaction i come to know these details

                        I have booked 6 tickets for the movie theri(Tamil) on 13th of april 2016 for april 14th at the fun cinemas coimbatore it showed error but you have deducted the money 810 rupees from my state bank of india debit card .                           I have tried to book movie tickets from cinepolis android app from my friends mobilewith my card.First i used icici debit card and rs 344.36 where deducted and no tickets where booked and next i used icici credit card for same seat numbers and again no tickets where booked and rs 344.36 money got deducted.I tried from my mobile for same seat number then it was successfull and tickets where booked for the same seat numbers which i have tried earlier wqlpp4p is the confirmation number that got booked for the third time...So please refund the money for the which where deducted during my first two attempts...
                          Cinepolis pune, movie name sardar gabbar singh show time 5.35 pm date april 9th, screen 9, seat number p 8 and p9 for all the three transactions.
                          As i only booked the seats at third attempt so please look into this issue and refund my money back.

                              As we have purchased the four tickets and seen the movie The Jungle book in 3D on show time 3:05 PM on dated 09.04.2016 but they have cut the song of the movie"Chaddi pahan ke phool Khila hai" the above song was not shown in that theatre so request you to please explain why and return my my money.

                                I have watched a lot of shows at CInepolis, Viviana Mall Thane. On every singly occasion the show starts 15-20 mins later than the timing mentioned. They keep playing ads for 20 mins which I have not paid. I pay for watching the movie, ads can be played before the showtime & interval but definitely not past the show time. Need this resolved as I am unnecessarily being made to pay monetarily & by my time for this non sense.

                                    I am qurrath from Bangalore. I booked 10 movie tickets today (10.4.2016) from cinepolis app for jungle book hindi 3d movie dated 11.4.2016 of 5.10 pm slot in theatre fun cinemas sigma mall cunningham road bangalore.I proceeded towards payment and my amount of rs.2171.8 got deducted from state bank of mysore. But I found no purchase of the ticket.

                                    (Thank you for using your SBM Debit Card 521XXX8666 for a purchase worth Rs2171.8 on POS 00004910 at Ticketing_ccavenues_co IN txn#[protected].) This is the message I received.

                                    Kindly refund my amount asap. This is the first time I used this app and such a bad experience. Hope these guyz won't eat up my money. Kindly refund. My email Id [protected]@gmail.com.
