    Movie time 2:45Pm and management team cinepolis start movie almost 30 min late. Screen and quality of projection is bad, in between movie’s colour change in green

          IMAX Oppenheimer Nexus Westend Pune

          This is in regards to the IMAX ticket pricing of Oppenheimer at Cinepolis Nexus Westend, Pune. The tickets for IMAX have been priced starting from ₹1050/- while the same movie has IMAX tickets in Mumbai and Bangalore starting from ₹300/-. This seems to be a grave error and hence needs to be rectified at the earliest. Many people are waiting for the correct prices to be listed so as to book them immediately....

            Cinepolis DSL Virtue Mall, Survey Colony, Industrial Development Area, Gaddi annaram, Hyderabad, Telangana

            played ads and trailers for 20-25 mins before start of the movie and 20 mins during interval. As a consumer, we pay the money to watch a movie and not to see unnecessary ads. Theatre owners have become so commercial that in order to make money they are torturing the audience by playing these unnecessary ads. This not an individual problem but every movie going person would face this almost in every theatre in multiplexes.

            Why should I see ads when I paid money to watch a movie. If they want to show ads then they should give either some discounts or make movie free.

            I know that you would not be able to muscle these guys as these people are filthy rich and have political connection but just wanted to see if Consumer Compliant Forum really works. All the best!!

              Me and my friend went to watch Elemental movie at your multiplex in Ashima mall Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
              During the time of the interval me and my friend wanted to go out of the movie hall, we were denied to go out by the guard at the entrance, by the manager with disrespect. He said we cant write that in terms and conditions that people are not allowed to go out in the interval but this is our company policy that you cant.

              We were very heartbroken by the way we were treated and disrespected because we tried to ask questions.

              I want to know in detail where this is written in company’s policy to deny people to go out in the interval against their free will.

                I went to watch 11.15 show at Cinepolis Lucknow today on 25/06/23 when I went to order at the food counter the staff named Rampal refused to deliver on the seat. Very sad to see this kind of behavior from such a reputed brand. Now have to think before coming to Cinepolis again.

                  We visit cinepolis, Vadodara, 7 friends o[censored]s.
                  After starting the movie the subtitles were not readable, attaching video of proof.
                  And we watch English movies with subtitles only, for better understanding.

                  When complained to manager he replied rudely, "that is how the movie has been recorded."
                  Now Disney has made 60+ movies, I'm sure they know how to make their movies with subtitles.

                  My complain is to refund my amount as the experience was not as I paid full amount on Saturday night when pricing are already high.

                  And second want that manager to be fired as he is not treating us with kindness, and thinks we are stupid by giving such silly answers to customer of cinepolis.

                    It is stated that I have booked two vip seats J-1 and J-2 for movie 1920 Horrors of the heart at Cinepolis Airia for 09:45 AM from the Cinepolis application.
                    I have paid Rs. 747 for order no[protected] through my paytm account but I have not got tickets for the same.

                    Please resolve at the earliest and I want same seats for the same show.
                    Please do the needful.

                            My order I'd is[protected] I issued 2 tickets. exited the app for payment on my UPI app, when I opened the Cinepolis app again the page was gone. There are no tickets shown in my booking history and no confirmation email or message for ticket booking was received but as you can see in the attachment the money has been deducted from my account. I complained thorough mail . But nothing has been done yet! Kindly look into the matter.

                                I'm Vighneshwar,
                                This is to inform that while watching 'The Flash' in Cinepolis, Meenakshi Mall, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore - 560076 on 18th June 2023, the screen was fit to a square frame in the centre of the screen for the entire movie, instead of fitting it to the full screen.
                                This is disappointing and annoying as the main reason of watching a movie in theatre is to enjoy the special effects which involve both audio and visual effects.
                                I request the authorities to look into the matter and ensure it is not repeated and also demand a small refund for 'disturbed viewing'. The ticket is attached below .

                                    About. By 12:10 we had reached the theatre, had the security guard scan the tickets, or asked to wait. While waiting it was 12:20 pm but, no one opened the screen 1 door for entry, or no one came to inform us for early entry. We have to ask the security guard ourselves. It's 12:20 PM yet no one called for entry. The security guard said go inside yourself, or when we had to go inside ourselves then why were we asked to wait. Because of this the beginning of the film has been missed and the whole story of the film has been ruined.
                                    You can also check CCTV.
                                    Very poor service. This stupidity of the theater spoiled the whole film..and the Valuable day too.
                                    How Can We Recover Our Loss??
