Money has been deducted from my account while booking online tickets from your website, but I did not get any ticket confirmation.

Complaint marked as Resolved An agent of the said company called me and asked for the details and said a refund would be generated earliest by that night itself. Around 11pm, got an email with the refund confirmation and the next day morning, the money was refunded back into my bank account.
Cinepolis India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
