I have been to cinepolis movie theatre quite a few times now. Mostly I prefer late shows and whenever I go to the last show they always turn off the air conditioning in the middle of the movie.
I understand the environmental damage of air conditioning and conserving power but turning off the AC hours before a movie ends in a completely sealed-off theatre is a major indiscretion.

    Are there any night vision cameras or cctv or other cameras in any cinepolis across pan india?
    As an audience, there is no information to us about surveillance.
    If it is there, then why customers are not informed about it while booking tickets....

    I booked movie tickets yesterday via Cinepolis app and spend 1104 rupees at 11.20pm 24th May 2023 UPI reference no:[protected]
    But problem is money was debited but no issued...so please refund my money.

      Hi today on 22May2023. I booked 3 tickets for movie (Kerala Story) i booked this booked this ticket under age for 2 and now we want to cancel all 3 tickets. We had paid rs702 and want to get refund.

        Hi, there is no such rule that outside food isn't allowed but why the hell the staff over here in Cinepolis, Royal Meenakshi mall, Bangalore didn't allow. The price of mere sandwich is 250-300 and then you don't allow food inside. What kind of harassment is this to public?

          Address: Cinepolis, fun cinemas, city mall, kota, rajasthan

          I went to purchase movie ticket at Cinepolis fun cinemas Kota, and they said popcorn and cold drink is compulsory to buy or no movie ticket will be given, as per the term & conditions there is nothing in written that customer has to buy popcorn and drinks with movie ticket. This is to make fool the customers unnecessary charging forcefully.
          However I argued with them for only ticket.
          But next time I am looking for another theatre chain to avoid such harrasment.
          Hopefully you can look into it and resolve it to avoid customer experience.

          However I cannot share my contact due to privacy.

          Personal details can't be shared due to privacy concerns. So i already shared ticket details. This is not only my problem this cinema is regularly practice this unethical to all customer. Kindly talk directly to cinema, if no action can be taken then its waste to complaint here, better shift to another cinemall company.

            @IndiaCinepolis Malkajgiri has such senseless entrance and exit boards for parking. The LEFT side is for EXIT and RIGHT is for ENTRANCE? Is that even according to law? And the security guy RUDELY justifies it & blames the drivers when questioned!
            1. When will you first reach your employer some manners and treating customers the right way
            2. Stop killing people with senseless parking method that’s against general driving law in India

              Money has been deducted from my account while booking online tickets from your website, but I did not get any ticket confirmation....

              Booked 7 Fast X tickets from Cinepolis website. Money was deducted from my bank account, yet I did not receive any ticket confirmation. No contact no/customer support posted on the website too.

              In case I don't get the tickets, I must be given the refund.

              Complaint marked as Resolved 
              An agent of the said company called me and asked for the details and said a refund would be generated earliest by that night itself. Around 11pm, got an email with the refund confirmation and the next day morning, the money was refunded back into my bank account.

                3D glass

                Last night that is on 18/05/2023 I booked tickets on Cinepolis Kozhikode for the Fast X 3D for 10:15pm with booking id-WR56RCM.The 3D glasses provided for this movie was horrible.It was full foggy and couldn’t watch the movie properly with its original clarity.I changed the glasses at least 3-4 times and all the glasses were in same condition and the entire theatre was provided glasses with same situation.None of the staffs were present...

                On 14.05.2023, myself and my mother went to Cinepolis, at Acropolis Mall, Kolkata. Asked for ticket for two for a show of "Fatafati" from 7:25PM and charged Rs.560.00 for invoice no 416066. When at 7:25Pm we went inside, and found that our seat what we booked are not same (booked on the foourth row from screen, but got on the second row from front). as we were facing difficulties, informed the boy in counter, from whom we purchased the ticket. Then only he informed that the tickets were wrongly generated for another movie "Gurdian of.." 3D movie. Immediately informed the manager, who could provide us the seat in third row from front, but not on the fourth, and informed that ticket price deducted from us will be reversed, as it was a fault on thier part. Moreover the ticket price for film "Fatafati" was different than what charged. Till date same has not been reversed.

                  Cinepolis Bhandup has worst services we have requested Cheese sauce in replacment of salsa sauce in nachos combo but they have clearly denied and showing me the picture that we only provide food as shown in the picture so in picture there was a sprite and they are providing me cocke instead.and making argument with me and finally they themselve rejected i.mean cancelled the combo because of which my kids were hungry and cried so this is the worst case.services by Cinepolis Bhandup mumbai

                  Worst ever staff and no co operation and policy of Cinepolis food and beverages is worst providing combo and for flavour extra charges for cheese.or flavour is not directly told at the time.of purchase and also mentioned correctly in any of the combo package clearly and where it is mentioned that u are providing salsa free and there is charges for cheese sauce.

                  Please rectify your mistake or need to complaint to local authority for filling people.

                    Yesterday i went to funcinemas Kota to watch movie IP71 With my friwnds i asked thecounter person for 3 ticket costing 140 each which will total cost me 420 but we asked me 450 more that is total 870 for Food combos which i don't want and when i asked him to remove that that combo he started behaving rudely . And when i asked to call the manger he said its not my duty to call manage go and to your own. Like this customer satishfaction is it co.pulsary to buy combo as i m a student i don't that much money that i canbuy co.bos with ticket i like to watch movie.

                      I had visited Cinepolis in Airia Mall, Sector 68 Gurgaon on 14May evening and had ordered snacks from the Food stall around 6:00pm in the evening.

                      Rahul from the Snacks counter had taken my order but was unable to provide the paper bill/invoice at that time due to system issues. I had advised him to send the bill to my seat along with the food.

                      When the food arrived at my seat, I still didn't see a bill and I went back to remind the staff for the invoice. It had been more than an hour and no invoice yet. After reminding Rahul, he assured he will send the bill to my seat and as I had expected, no-one came to handover the invoice.

                      After the movie was over, I went back to the follow up and asked for the Site Manager for complaint. Rajeev (Site Manager) approached me and asked me - What's the problem ?.. After I explained the situation to him, he casually said I will get you a bill and printed a new bill at 9:04pm. When I wanted to complaint about the repeated lies Rahul had said and the bad service, he challenged me to go ahead and complaint to the higher management instead of apologizing for the mistake on their part.

                      Rajeev was very rude infront of the other customers and his careless attitude reflected that he does not care about customer service.

                      I am very dissatisfied by my experience with Cinepolis and I expect a compensation for this harassments faced by me, for no good reason.

                      I would never recommend my friends and family to visit Cinepolis, rather visit professional and reputed companies like PVR and INOX who put their customers first.

                      I have attached the note for my order given to me around 6pm and the secondary bill printed by Rajeev at 9:04pm.

                      Hope this help Cinepolis to improve their customer service standards in future.

                          Dear sir
                          Government o[censored]ttar Pradesh has announced Tax free on movie The Kerala Story. They are charging full tax from customers.
                          It was declared tax free on movie by state Govt o[censored]ttarpradesh for Uttar Pradesh state.
                          This is non complying and autocracy and not obeying the govt.notification. It is to be taken for the interest of public and charge heavy panelty to the management of Cinepolice.

                              I've been to the Cinepolis Bhubaneswar branch a ton of times and SO MANY of your screens are so DIRTY. It affects the movie watching experience so much, Its extremely Distracting.

                              Please please Ensure the screens are either cleaned or replaced. The least a customer expects after paying all that money for a movie is for the theatre to have a clean and clear screen,
