On 14.05.2023, myself and my mother went to Cinepolis, at Acropolis Mall, Kolkata. Asked for ticket for two for a show of "Fatafati" from 7:25PM and charged Rs.560.00 for invoice no 416066. When at 7:25Pm we went inside, and found that our seat what we booked are not same (booked on the foourth row from screen, but got on the second row from front). as we were facing difficulties, informed the boy in counter, from whom we purchased the ticket. Then only he informed that the tickets were wrongly generated for another movie "Gurdian of.." 3D movie. Immediately informed the manager, who could provide us the seat in third row from front, but not on the fourth, and informed that ticket price deducted from us will be reversed, as it was a fault on thier part. Moreover the ticket price for film "Fatafati" was different than what charged. Till date same has not been reversed.
Cinepolis India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
