Cinepolis India — booking status - unconfirmed | |||
I booked 2 imax avengers endgame tickets for sun 10:15 pm show via cinepolis application. I received a booking confirmation on my email id and i was charged for the same... However, the tickets did not show up on the "my tickets" section of the application. On top, the m-ticket received on via sms does not work! Now i do not know whether my tickets are booked or not! Please confirm if you have received or noted the Booking ID from the screen. Please note that there might have been some technical glitch due to which the tickets did not reflect in the mobile app. However, you can visit the respective cinema and show the Booking ID (mentioned in the email confirmation screenshot) at the entry of the cinema as the proof of your ticket purchase. Furthermore, please do carry the transaction proof that includes (SMS from Bank/other modes of the amount being deducted). Do get back to us in case further assistance is required.
