[Resolved] Cinepolis India — cancellation of show without prior information and not initiating refund | |||
I had booked tickets for a movie on 16th november (Royal meenakshi mall) which was cancelled by cine polis without any notification. On reaching the cinemas on 16th after a hectic weekend traffic it was informed that movie is cancelled and the manager informed refund has been initiated. Refund request was raised in paytm app. After few days paytm informed that cine polis has informed them that the show was held on that date which is completely a wrong information conveyed and hence my refund cannot be processed. I here by enclose the details of the ticket and message received from paytm for more clarity. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
