I have booked tickets using cinepolis app for the movie conjuring 2 on 22nd june 2016, 10:15 show for cinepolis kochi. Transaction number is: cinepolis87175. My name basil joseph, contact number: [protected]. My email i'd: [protected]@gmail.com. I have booked using cinepolis app. The app got stuck after payment and my money debited from credit card. The transaction was failed but my money debited from credit card. No tickets generated.and later noticed that one of the ticket was sold out.
And then i came and collect two tickets by cash for watching movie
I debited Rs 340 from my credit card account
I contact to bank for refund, they told that cinepolis had got the money
