[Resolved]  Cinepolis India — cinepolis india payment deducted but tickets not received

Hi

I booked jussaric park show time 15:00 tickets thane vivivan mall cinepolis multiplex on 12 june 2018 time 11:44am. Ticket amount rs.465 detected my account. I got bank sms also but i didn't received ticket confirmation sms or email. I had booked ticket [protected]@gmail.com through i called so many times customer care no and sent emails also [protected]@cinepolis.com, [protected]@cinepolis.com but every time email was failed sever could not find email address error.

Please refund my account or book my ticket
