Hi team, I was trying to book 3 tickets for jungle book hindi 3d for 19th april 7:40 pm show... The first transaction failed at 2:52 pm on 18 april 2016 but still the amount of rs. 831.54 was charged to my credit card. Please find the details of the sms from the bank about the debit : "rs.831.54 was spent on ur hdfcbank credit card ending 1378 on[protected]:14:52:27 at ticketing_ccavenue_commum" Kindly do the needful to refund the amount of 831.54 inr to my card account asap. Note: i retried the booking & was successful on the 2nd attempt at 2:56 pm on 18 april 2016 & again the money got deducted ... So to summarize i was charged the same amount of rs. 831.54 twice for a single / same booking. Please revert with an update on the above at the earliest.
