[Resolved] Cinepolis India — deduction of money without delivery of movie tickets | |||||
I had attempted to book 3 tickets of 'Antman and the Wasp' last evening using the Cinepolis app ( One Awash Centre, Lucknow 3:40pm show for Sunday 15th July 2018). Money got deducted immediately but tickets did not get reflected under My tickets or my mail [protected]@gmail.com. Ref no.[protected]. I tried to register a complaint in the 'Contact Is section of the app but not sure if it has been registered. Pls refund my money. Was this information helpful? | |||||
