[Resolved] Cinepolis India — disallowing entry for online ticket | |||
I had been to watch stree 3:05pm show in jamshedpur cinepolis. I had done online booking through book my show. Some how my internet net connection was not working i could not show the barcode for scanning at the entry gate. I had the booking i'd which i was showing at the ticket counter and requested them to allow entry. Their was a lady there who instead of supporting was laughing. After asking to the other ticket counter person who took me to a senior manager i was allowed entry after half an hour. Really unhappy with such behaviour and support.
