[Resolved] Cinepolis India — error given yet credit card company approved transaction, no tickets, no contact | |||
Wow! It seems like this is an ongoing thing with this company. On 4/22/2018 i attempted to buy tickets to avengers. I got a message saying "verification code incorrect." i called citibank & they said they approved the transaction yet i didn't get any email with my tickets & it looks like on the website the seats were later sold since 4 of the 5 i picked are taken, but the one on the end isn't. I sent an email yet there is no message in my account. I haven't received an email response either. Basically it appears that i have been scammed. What i find interesting is that every time i call customer service for any company i get an indian representative and now when i want to call an indian company i can't find a number for them or get in touch with them. :/ Was this information helpful? | |||
