On 3rd october 2017 at around 16.22 we initiated a payment of rs 657.60 for 3 tickets for the film newton at lake mall kolkata through your website www.cinepolisindia.com The amount was deducted but no ticket confirmation received and we had to purchase again. The details of the failed transaction is as follows 03 oct 2017 [protected]-paytmcinepolisindiap [protected] oct 2017 657.60 The payment was initiated from my account in the name of sudip ghosh, bank : hdfc bank, a/c no [protected] The bank confirmed that the amount has reached your account. We have been constantly following it up with your [protected]@cinepolis.com but more than one and a half months gone still no refund Please do the necessary for a refund.
