[Resolved]  Cinepolis India — m-tickets not generated despite successful payment

I booked two premium tickets for avengers endgame on 21.04.19 for which i paid rs530 using cinepolis app at acropolis mall, kolkata for the 8:30am show. The payment was successful via paytm, but no m tickets were generated.
