[Resolved] Cinepolis India — manager's attitude in requesting to submit my handbag | |||||
The manager was rude and adamant on me submitting my handbag at baggage counter. When asked where should I keep my cash and cards, his answer was 'how much cash is there?' and I can carry the same in hand. Apart from that he tried to mention that this is mentioned on Paytm T&C that one cannot carry hang bag as well. When I asked where is that mentioned, he opened the T&C, but couldn't find this specific point. Followed with this, he mentioned there are 18 terms and conditions, and he cannot explain me all of that. Funny part is, when I went ahead to submit the bag the lady at the counter says that it's a handbag and doesn't needs to be submitted. Probably the manager needs to be taught a thing or two on how to talk and difference between handbags and backpack. Was this information helpful? | |||||
