[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Money debited - but ticket not generated, refund not received | |||||
I had booked online movie ticket details as below Movie date and time : 8th june 2017 4pm show Movie name: mummy 3 Multiplex location : orion east - bangalore Ticket booking date 8th june 2017 Booking done using reference email id : debasish. [protected]@gmail.com Mobile number :[protected] The money was debited from my account by the ticket was not generated. I have emailed cinepolis as well, they mentioned that the matter has been escalated. I have met mr ajit at the cinepolis orion east and he assured me that the money will be refunded, but i have not received the money back. I have provided screen shot of my bank account showing that the amount has been debited from my account s well. Need help to get my money refunded. Was this information helpful? | |||||
