Cinepolis India — money deducted but ticket not booked on 17th july

On 17/07/2018 at around 1am while trying to book 1 ticket for the ant-man and the wasp 3d (Eng) movie in cinepolis lake mall, kolkata, an amount of rs. 195/- got deducted from my bank account by using internet banking platform, but no ticket was booked. My booking reference no. Is:

57 days have passed, the amount rs 195 has not been reverted back to my bank account either, though i have sent mails to the customer care, but received no reply from their end.

Kindly look into the matter and arrange for a prompt reversal at the earliest.
