[Resolved]  Cinepolis India — money deducted from card but didn't receive confirmation about tickets booked.

I have booked 2 tickets for avengers: infinity war 27 april 2018 12.45 show at cinepolis one awadh centre lucknow, on 24 april 2018. I have paid via debit card, money got deducted from card but still didn't received any confirmation about the tickets booked.
Please help me as soon as possible
