[Resolved] Cinepolis India — money deducted from the card but did not get the booking done. | |||
Hello, I did a booking on 26/4/18 for the movie 'avenger: infinity wars' for 10:00 pm show at cinepolis, db city mall, bhopal (India). The booking was done through yes bank debit card. Although, the payment was deducted for the booking, never got the tickets booked. Now, it's been 5 dys and i haven't got the refund in my account.
