[Resolved] Cinepolis India — money deducted yet no tickets booked.

Hi team,

For two times i tried booking tickets for a movie and both time the transaction is stuck at a webpage while redirecting to merchant site.
First time i used my cc and second time i used netbanking. Both times ₹530 is deducted with no tickets.
Kindly refund my money.
