[Resolved]  Cinepolis India — Money got deducted without booking tickets

Hi,
I tried booking 2 tickets today for the movie 'The Baby Boss' @ CINÉPOLIS One awadh center, Lucknow for 16th April 3 PM Show. I tried to pay the payment through sbi maestro debit card. But due some technical errors, my transaction was showed as failed but I was charged for Rs 934.36. I tried booking for seat number k10 & k11 of screen 7. Payment was done on POS [protected] at ticketing_ccavenues_co txn#[protected]

Please initiate the refund as early as possible. Awaiting your response.

I've booked 2 tickets for the movie Boss Baby for the show on 13th April, 2017 at 1.45pm at meenakshi mall, Bannerghatta Road. The amount is deducted from the account. But I didn't receive any confirmation. Could you please transfer the amount back to me.

There was no customer care number also so that I can call and check my status.

I have booked today at 8:24 Am 2 tickets of Movie Race3, showtime 9:30 of date 15/06/2018 from www.cinepolisindia.com . After payment by upi sever hangs. A message comes from my bank of deduction. Seat number was S7 & S8. ₹690 deducted from my account. Transaction id is[protected] .Kindly confirm ticket or refund.
