[Resolved]  Cinepolis India — money taken through paytm ticket not issued

On 20th april i made payment for 2 tickets. Money transferred from paytm successfully. I have given them all payment details but they are not refunding money. Only 10 mails i have got saying they will send.. 2 months gone.
