[Resolved] Cinepolis India — money was deducted and ticket was not booked by mobile app

I have tried to book movie from mobile app of cinepolise cinepolis india and i have seen that and i have paid 150 for ticket transaction id:[protected] and app hanged and money was deducted and my ticket was not booked. can you help me refund my money ?

tried to contact the customer care but there is no number . i have attached screenshot of transaction mail
