Cinepolis India — Movie booking - transactions processed twice | |||
I had visited DLF Saket on 15.01.2017 and booked 2 tickets from the counter for the 3pm show of La La Land. The payment was made through Paytm. The counter executive informed me that the transaction had failed. The transaction Id was [protected] for Rs 700/-. So, the executive asked me to make the transaction again for Rs 700/-. The next transaction was successful id was [protected]. On contacting Paytm, they have informed me that both the transactions were successful and in such case I would request you to refund my money of Rs 700/-. And if my first transaction was un-successful then inform me suitably so that I can take up the matter with Paytm again. My Paytm mobile number - [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
