Cinepolis India — not initiated my refund | |
I have booked 4 tickets for movie stree, on 16th sep, 2018, for bestech mall chandigarh. Paid through paytm wallet. Money got deducted but not recived any email or sms for ticket confirmation. After sometime i checked the seat status and they were not booked. Please initiate my refund. How much time i should wait. Already dropped mail at ur support team. I dnt understnd how much time you take to resolve any issue. At least you should update the person with the same. Was this information helpful? | |
