[Resolved] Cinepolis India — payment debited but booking isn't made | |||
Hello, I am writing this in order to inform you that i was making booking for my 4 movie tickets for kesari movie @viviana mall for a 1:05 pm show for today (19th april, 2019), after making the payment via net banking (Icici bank), i was flashed with a screen that showed that the booking was cancelled. But to my surprise within fraction of seconds i received a message from my bank, that i was debited with 860 rupees.
