[Resolved] Cinepolis India — payment deducted but no confirmation message of seats

Hi i have booked ticket in cinepolis v3s laxmi nagar 5 tickets, payment got debited from my account but site got stuck after that. Neither i got any confirmation on ticket or any tracking number. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com, amount debited 1475. Enclosed bank email with transaction reference no. Help to resolve this and refund money at the earliest.
