On[protected],[protected] and[protected] I have booked tickets in Cinepolis:VIP Viviana Mall, Thane and made payment through Paytm which was deducted from my Paytm balance but at counter they said that they have not received any payment and charged me Cash payment. I have given my all the details to Cinepolis but it has been more than 2 months and they have not refunded my excessive amount back. Mar 17, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Money which was deducted from my Paytm balance and not received by Cinepolis was refunded to me via Paytm on 8th March, 2018. English show has only one timing and that too late at night which is inconvenient for people staying far away to accompany family such late at night
