[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Refund money for failed booking | |||||
I had booked two tickets for a movie (Nagarahaavu) playing at cinepolis royal meenakshi mall on oct 23 2016 through paytm. Rupees 474 was deducted but the booking failed and tickets were not generated. I am requesting for a refund of my money. The transaction number is 24883. Oct 29, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I had first approached PayTM regarding the failed transaction, they washed their hands of the entire matter and asked me to contact Cinepolisindia. When I mailed Cinepolisindia, they did not reply to any mail or message. I then contacted both PayTM and cinepolisindia on Twitter and a few hours later PayTM refunded my money after acknowledging that it was a failed transaction. Cinepolis India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
