[Resolved] Cinepolis India — refund not received alpha | |
Hello team I had tried to book online 3 tickets for alpha movie for 25th aug 2018 for 7.30 pm show at royal meenakshi mall bangalore, my hdfc bank account got debited but i did not get any confirmation on mobile or email for tickets booked. I got an error message - lost in space and some i’d - 103395. I visited the mall and booked the ticket over the counter. I enquired with the person about the online booking that was’t successful, he said it will be reversed in a weeks time, but i have not got any credit to my bank account still. @IndiaCinepolis hope you guys are not going to do fraud on my money. 9th Aug. 2018. transaction details to Cinepolis India Private Ltd. is transaction ID[protected] by SBI Online money transfer, Rs. 1, 060.00 no tickets no money back. no customer care no. makes it easier to go free after #OnLineFraud
